1, a rotating shaft 23 inserted from the bottom of the outer container 21 and rotated by a drive source (not shown) via a pulley 24;
By inserting the rotary shaft 23 of the centrifuge 20, which consists of a disk 23A on which the container is mounted, and a stand 25 that supports the outer container 21, into the fitting portion 5A of the hanging rod 5 of the container 1. installed. The container 1 is filled with objects T to be treated, such as bolts and nuts that have been chromated or washed with water, and hooks that have been plated or washed with water.
During centrifugation, the lid 22 of the outer container 21 is closed and the pulley 24 and rotation shaft 2 are moved by a drive source (not shown).
3 and the disc 23A. In this way, the processing liquid or cleaning water adhering to the object to be processed T is separated by centrifugal force, and is centrifuged from the hole 2A in the peripheral wall 2 of the container 1, the hole 4A in the inclined surface 4, and the hole 3A in the bottom 3. Outer container 2 of separator 20
1 and is discharged to the outside from the drain hole 26. At this time, the object to be processed T moves up the inclined surface part 4 due to centrifugal force as shown by the arrow in FIG.
When it reaches the top and stops rotating, it descends under its own weight. Therefore, by repeating rotation and stopping, the material to be treated T is agitated up and down, improving the efficiency of liquid removal. Note that the receiving edge 2B of the container 1 is the object to be processed T.
This prevents the liquid from overflowing from the container 1 to the outside. In this way, the object to be processed T is centrifugally dehydrated. After stopping, open the lid 22 and hang the container 1 by hooking the grip part 5C of the hanging rod 5 on the bifurcation 31 of the carrier 30, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and the entire container 1 will be suspended. Due to the engagement between the periphery of the flange portion 5B of the rod 5 and the periphery of the hole 3B of the container 1, it can be suspended and taken out from the outer container 21 of the centrifugal separator 20. Next, while the container 1 is suspended, it is moved to the support base 4 by the carrier 30.
0 and lowered onto the abutment 40. As shown in FIG. 6, the support 40 consists of a base 41 with a hole 41A in the center and legs 42 that support the base 41. The diameter of the hole 41A of the base 41 is the same as that of the container 1. bottom 3
and larger than the diameter of the flange portion 5B of the hanging rod 5 of the container 1. A receiver 50 is installed directly below the hole 41A of the support 40. Therefore, when the container 1 is lowered onto the support 40,
First, the bottom part 3 of the container 1 is brought into contact with the stand part 41, but when the conveyor 30 is further lowered, only the hanging rod 5 is lowered, and thus the periphery of the hole 3B of the container 1 is brought into contact with the hanging rod 5. It separates from the periphery of the flange portion 5B to create a gap S, and the workpiece T slides down from the inclined surface portion 4 of the container 1 and falls from the gap S into the receiver 50. The angle of the inclined surface portion 4 at which the object T is likely to slide down depends on the shape of the object T, but is generally 40° or more. When all the objects T to be processed have fallen from the container 1 into the receiver 50, the hanging rod 5 is raised again by the conveyor 30, and the periphery of the flange portion 5B of the hanging rod 5 and the hole 3 of the container 1 are removed.
By engaging with the peripheral edge of B, the entire container 1 is suspended and transported, for example, to a position where the container 1 is filled with the object to be processed.

2Bは必ずしも必要なものではない。 In addition to the embodiments described above, for example, a rib may be provided on the outer periphery of the peripheral wall 2 of the container 1, and the rib may be received by the periphery of the hole 41A of the support base 40 when taking out the processed material T from the container 1. In such a configuration, accurate positioning is required when lowering the container 1. Further, the container may be porous only on either the peripheral wall or the bottom. Further, if the height of the peripheral edge 2 above the upper edge of the inclined surface portion 4 is sufficient, there is no fear that the processed material T will overflow outward from the container 1, so the receiving edge 2B is not necessarily necessary.

When a force is applied, the workpiece moves up the slope, and when it stops, the workpiece moves down due to its own weight, and by repeating rotation and stopping, vertical agitation is performed, and the workpiece is removed. The liquid efficiency is improved, and the hanging rod is inserted into the container from below through the hole, and the periphery of the flange at the lower end of the hanging rod is releasably engaged with the periphery of the hole of the container. By grasping the rod and lifting it upward, the entire container can be suspended through the suspension rod and moved upward, downward, or horizontally, while only the suspension rod can be lowered while supporting the container. If this happens, the periphery of the flange of the hanging rod and the periphery of the hole in the container will separate, creating a gap, and the object to be processed will slide down the slope of the container and fall through the gap to the bottom of the container, making it extremely easy to remove the material. And it can be taken out safely.
