【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は工作機械の切削作業により生じた切粉
に付着している切削油と切粉を分離する分離機に

本考案は特に分離機の投入口より投下された切
粉を収納するバスケツトの回動と該バスケツトの
回転軸と同軸上の昇降軸に固定された昇降プレイ
トの上下動により生ずる遠心力作用により切粉と
切削油を分離する遠心分離機に関する。この種の
遠心分離機においてバスケツト内に投入された切
粉が局部的に集中しこれが蓄積されると、バスケ
ツトの回動は不安定になり振動を引起したり、ま
たバスケツトのスクリンの目詰りの原因となつて
満足な分離効果を期待することができない。本考
案ではこれらの欠点を除去することを目的として

ツト3内を上下動しバスケツト3の回転中に生じ
る遠心力作用によつて切粉と切削油が分離され、
切粉は昇降プレイト5の上り時にバスケツト3か
ら上部搬出口1bに向けてはきだされ、切削油は
バスケツト3の周壁に設けられたスクリーン3a
より遠心力によつてはき出され回収口1cから切
削油を回収する遠心分離構造を有する分離機であ
る。本考案において新規の技術を提供するところ
のものは昇降プレイト5にある。本考案の昇降プ
レイト5の円周上には昇降プレイト5の半径方向
に伸びた突起物6が間隔を等しく配置されてい
て、切粉が投入口1aより局部的にバスケツト3
内に投下された場合にあつても、バスケツト3の
回動と昇降プレイト5の上下動時に突起物6に当
り、切粉は昇降プレイト5上に均一に分散し切粉
と切削油の分離効果を向上させると共にスクリー

Even if the chips are dropped into the interior, the chips hit the protrusions 6 when the basket 3 rotates and the lifting plate 5 moves up and down, and the chips are evenly dispersed on the lifting plate 5, resulting in a separation effect between chips and cutting oil. It is possible to improve this and prevent clogging of the screen with chips.

より切粉と切削油を分離する遠心分離機におい
て、昇降プレイトの半径方向に伸びた突起物が昇
降プレイトの円周上に間隔を等しく複数配置され
