Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible provide cheap article to prevent, to eliminate such a trouble that a closet is clogged, and to obtain an effect in saving materials, by extracting a spool core before cutting of a mother roll, and by feeding the spool core to a rewinder to circulately use the spool core. CONSTITUTION:A cardboard cylindrical core as a spool core 1 having a length of about 2m is fitted onto drive roller of a rewinder, and then a paper material is wound up onto the cardboard cylindrical core 1, being pressed against the cylindrical core 1 by means of a touch roller. The cylindrical core 1 is extracted from a mother roll 8 after completion of winding, and automatically or manually returned to the rewinder to be circulately used. The mother roll 8 is cut into round slices by a cutter to obtain articles. The extraction of the cardboard cylinder 1 is made such that one end part of the cardboard cylinder 1 is inserted into between inner and outer cylinders 2, 3, then the inner cylinder 2 is enlarged by means of a retracting conical section 7 to clamp the cardboard cylinder between the cylinders 2, 3 and thereafter a slidable head 4 is retracted. With this arrangement, cheap articles having no cardboard cylinder 1 may be produced, and therefore, it is possible to eliminate a possibility of such a trouble that a closet is clogged. Further, since the spool core may be circulately used, it is possible to obtain an effect in saving materials.

太るのにつれタッチローラを徐々に上昇させ、こうして
紙製筒芯上にトイレットペーパ原紙を長さ85m巻取っ
て母体ロールとしたら駆動ローラを停止し、タッチロー
ラを引上げて再駆動ローラ上から母体ロールを外し、新
しい紙製筒芯を再駆動ローラ上に外接させ、タッチロー
ラを下げて次の巻取りを行う。
