In general, endoscopes are used not only to simply observe the inside of a body cavity, but also to use the insertion channel to introduce various treatment tools into the body cavity to treat affected areas and collect tissue. be. and,
At the exit of the insertion channel at the tip of the insertion section of the endoscope, a lifting stand is provided to regulate the direction in which the treatment instrument is led out, and by operating this lifting stand with an operating wire, the lifting stand can be rotated, for example. death,
The direction in which the treatment instrument is led out can be selected.
The operating wire is guided to the operating section of the endoscope through a guide tube whose tip is opened in the outlet, and is pushed and pulled by an operating mechanism on the operating section. .

Also, a large tension is applied to the operating wire during the lifting operation, deforming or bending the flexible guide tube that guides the operating wire, so that the guide tube is not inserted into the endoscope. It has a serious drawback in that it strongly hits the inserted image guide fiber and light guide fiber, damaging them.

The present invention has been made focusing on the above circumstances,
The purpose of this is to reduce the diameter of the insertion section by using the tube that forms the insertion channel to operate the lifting platform of the treatment instrument, without requiring a special operation wire and its guide tube. Another object of the present invention is to provide a treatment instrument lifting device for an endoscope that can be used safely without damaging internal organs such as an image guide and a light guide.

Furthermore, a flexible tube 14 having an inner hole that forms an insertion channel 13 is inserted through the hand operation section 2 and the insertion section 3. The distal end portion of the tube 14 passes through the main body 15 of the distal end portion 6 as shown in FIG.
It is attached so that it can move forward and backward with respect to 6. That is, the tip portion of the tube 14 is slidably provided in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 16, and
A packing such as an O-ring 17 is fitted into the inner surface of the through hole 16. For this reason, the distal end side of the tube 14 is attached in a liquid-tight manner so that it can move forward and backward. Note that an annular base 19 is attached to the tip of the tube 14 to connect a connecting wire 18, which will be described later.

In addition, an insertion channel 13 is provided at the distal end 6.
An elevating chamber 20 is formed at the exit on the distal end side of the elevating chamber 20, and an elevating table 22 that determines the direction in which a treatment instrument 21 such as forceps is led out is pivotally attached to this elevating chamber 20. The lower end of the elevating table 22 is pivotally connected to the bottom of the elevating chamber 20 via a shaft 23, and the rotating end thereof is provided so as to be freely foldable so as to correspond to the opening at the tip of the tube 14. Further, the tip of the connecting wire 18 serving as a connecting member is connected to the rotating end side wall of the raising table 22. That is, the elevator 22 is connected to the tube 14 via the connecting wire 18, and is designed to fall down as the tube 14 moves forward and backward.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the proximal end of the tube 14 is slidably inserted into an insertion opening 24 provided in the hand operating section 2, and protrudes to the outside. An annular operating knob 25 is attached and fixed to this protruding tip, and constitutes an operating mechanism for moving the tube 14 forward and backward by holding this operating knob 25 in the hand. Note that on this proximal side, the tube 14 is tightly fitted into the insertion opening 24 to ensure liquid tightness, but a packing may be inserted to further improve liquid tightness.

First, before inserting the treatment instrument 21 into the insertion channel 13, the operation knob 25 on the hand operation section 2 is operated to push the tube 14 forward. As a result, the elevating platform 22 of the elevating room 20
is pushed down via the connecting wire 18 as shown in FIG. The treatment instrument 21 can then be inserted through the insertion channel 13 and protruded substantially forward into the body cavity from the opening of the elevating chamber 20.

As explained above, the present invention provides a tube that forms an insertion channel with an inner hole and is attached to the endoscope body so as to be able to move forward and backward, and the tube is connected to an elevator, and the tube is moved forward and backward at the hand control unit. This allows the elevator to be operated. Therefore, there is no need to provide a special operating wire for operating the elevator and a guide tube for guiding the operating wire, and the configuration can be simplified and the diameter reduced.

また、上述したように起上操作用の操作ワイヤ

In addition, as mentioned above, since there is no need to provide an operation wire for lifting operation and a guide tube for guiding the operation wire, there is a risk of strong contact with other internal objects, such as image guide fibers and light guide fibers, damaging them. This alone can improve durability.
