Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope with a higher mountability of a tip cover on a tip structural part despite a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: A treating device erecting base 15 is provided at a tip structural part 5 of an inserting part while a tip cover 20 comprising an elastic material is detachably mounted on the tip structural part 5. In this case, a slope part 17 is so arranged to be higher from the tip side of the inserting part to the rear end side thereof when erected on the surface of the treating device erecting base 15. Therefore, when the tip cover 20 is pushed to be mounted on the tip structural part 5 of the inserting part, the tip cover 20 is gradually pushed wider along the slope part 17 of the treating device erecting base 15. This eliminates time and labor for the deformation of the tip cover 20 by pulling it with a finger or the like thereby simplifying the mounting of the tip cover 20 on the tip structural part 5.

By the way, when the endoscope is used, a fitting portion between the raising shaft of the treatment tool raising table and the distal end component, an operation wire fixing member connected to the end of the operation wire, and the treatment tool raising table are used. The liquid material in the body cavity easily invades the fitting portion. Therefore,
After using the endoscope, it was necessary to clean (disinfect) the endoscope. However, since the operation wire fixing member and the portion of the raising shaft are complicated and located deep, it is difficult to clean these portions. It was troublesome.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an endoscope in which a treatment instrument raising base is provided at a distal end of an insertion portion, and a distal end cover made of an elastic body is detachably attached to the distal end. In addition, a slope is provided which rises from the distal end side to the rear end side of the insertion portion when raised on the surface of the treatment instrument raising table. Therefore, when the distal end cover is pushed into the distal end portion of the insertion portion and attached, the distal end cover can be gradually pushed and spread along the slope of the treatment instrument raising base. This eliminates the need for time and effort, and simplifies the mounting of the tip cover on the tip component.

When the front end cover 40 is further mounted, the end face portion 23 is expanded along the front end body 9 while undergoing elastic deformation (see FIG. 9). Since the rear end side of the slope portion 17 of the treatment instrument raising table 15 is higher than the retaining portion 57 projecting from the insulating member 52, the distal end cover 4
After the end surface portion 23 of the zero crosses the rear end side of the slope portion 17, the opening end surface portion 23 does not interfere with the retaining portion 57 and the insulating member 52

At this time, the outer diameter of the contact surface 54 of the insulating member 52 is set to be larger than the inner diameter of the tip cover body 47 made of an insulator. Since the body member 47 of the body 40 is always kept in close contact, the fluid in the body cavity does not enter the gap between the insulating member 52 and the body member 47 of the distal end cover 40, so that the high-frequency current leaks to the outer surface via the fluid in the body cavity. Can be prevented.

(Purpose of Supplementary Notes 2, 4, and 6) As a method for improving the mounting property of the tip cover, a gap is provided between the inner peripheral surface of the tip cover near the locking portion and the outer surface of the tip component. However, it is conceivable that if a gap is provided, the locking height between the distal end cover and the distal end component decreases, so that the fixing force of the distal end cover to the distal end component decreases. Alternatively, if a treatment using a high-frequency current is performed, the high-frequency current may leak to the outer surface side through the fluid in the body cavity that has entered the gap between the distal end cover and the distal end component. When the surface is in contact with the inner wall of the body cavity, there is a possibility that current flows to the inner wall of the body cavity. The inventions of Supplementary Notes 2, 4, and 6 have been made in view of the above circumstances, and have an endoscope that has a sufficient fixing force to the distal end component of the distal end cover and performs a treatment using a high-frequency current. It is an object of the present invention to provide an endoscope having a detachable distal end cover that can be easily attached to and detached from a distal end component that prevents high frequency current from leaking to the outer surface of the distal end.

As described above, according to the present invention, the mountability of the distal end cover to the distal end body can be improved with a simple structure. When mounting the cover, raise the raising stand, and push in from the tip side of the tip cover insertion part, so that the inner circumference of the tip cover gradually expands along the slope,
The cover can be easily mounted without requiring an operation of pulling and deforming the cover as in the related art.
