されてくるチツプに、前壁4aに沿つて下降して
くるチツプが合流して互いに押し合いながら排出
筒6内に入る。このように、チツプ同志が押され
ながら排出筒6内に入ると、チツプは排出筒6内
周面に押し付けられて摩擦力が生じてチツプはリ
ボン状スクリユウ羽根2によつてスムースに掻上
げられなくなり、リボン状スクリユウ羽根2外周
面と排出筒6内周面との間に噛み込んだ状態とな
つてしまい、チツプを連続的に排出できなくなる
と共に、リボン状スクリユウ羽根2の回転駆動装
置3に過負荷が働くという欠点があつた。

を所定間隔置きに設けたことを特徴とする廃タイ
ヤチツプ供給装置で、かかる構成によると、排出
筒内に移動された廃タイヤチツプは、リボン状ス
クリユウ羽根外周面と排出筒内周面との間ですべ
つて噛み込もうとしても第1突起によつて掻上げ
られ、従つて従来のように廃タイヤチツプの噛込
みが成長しないので、廃タイヤチツプはスムース
に焼却炉側に向つて連続的に排出されると共にリ
ボン状スクリユウ羽根の回転駆動装置に過負荷が
働くことはない。また、第1突起は排出筒の部分
にしか設けられておらず、すなわち貯留部分には
設けられていないため、無理にチツプをU字状溝
内に取込まない。さらに、リボン状スクリユウ羽
根の全長に亘つて第2突起を設けているので、リ
ボン状スクリユウ羽根の直径内で滞留するチツプ
をあまり圧縮させない状態で掻き送ることができ

装置19は貯留槽16の底壁16b中央に形成さ
れたU字状溝20内及びこのU字状溝20から貯
留槽16外方に且つ焼却炉11の投入口13上方
まで延びるように連設された排出筒21内に配設
されたリボン状スクリユウ羽根22と、貯留槽1
6外側に配設された上記リボン状スクリユウ羽根
22を回転させる回転駆動装置23とから構成さ
れている。なお、上記リボン状スクリユウ羽根2
2は、その一端部に連結された軸体24を介して
支持されると共に回転駆動される。即ち、軸体2
