ウフイーダ3とから構成されている。上記スクリ
ユウフイーダ3はリボン状スクリユウ羽根4と、
貯留槽2外方に配置されたリボン状スクリユウ羽
根4の回転駆動装置5とから構成されている。そ
して更に上記リボン状スクリユウ羽根4は、貯留
槽2内にあつては、その底壁中央に形成されたU
字状溝6内に配設され、また貯留槽2の前壁2a
と焼却炉(図示せず)の投入口との間にあつて
は、搬送通路とリボン状スクリユウ羽根4自身の
支持ガイドとなる排出筒(前壁2aから突設され
ている)7内に配設されている。ところで、上記
構成によると、排出筒7入口付近においては、リ
ボン状スクリユウ羽根4内に取込まれて後方から
前方に向つて搬送されてくるチツプに、前壁2a
に沿つて下降してくるチツプが合流して互いに押
し合いながら排出筒7内に入る。特に、貯留チツ
プ量が減つてくると、後壁2b側でリボン状スク
リユウ羽根4内に取込まれるチツプ量が多くなつ
てその傾向が強くなる。このように、排出筒7入
口付近において、多くのチツプが合流してそのま
ま排出筒7内に入ると、その中で詰まつてしま
い、チツプを焼却炉に排出できなくなると共にリ
ボン状スクリユウ羽根4の回転駆動装置5に過負
荷が働くという欠点がある。そこで、本考案は上
記欠点を解消し得る廃タイヤチツプ供給装置を提
供することを目的とする。即ち、本考案は廃タイ
ヤチツプを貯留する貯留槽と、該貯留槽底壁に設
けられたU字状溝内及び該U字状溝前端から外方
に突設された排出筒内に亘つて配設されたリボン
状スクリユウ羽根を有するスクリユウフイーダと
から成る廃タイヤチツプ供給装置において、上記
排出筒側とは反対側の貯留槽後壁に、一定間隔置
きで複数個の固定抵抗体を貯留槽内方に且つ下方
に傾斜突出させて並設し、この各固定抵抗体間の
隙間を開閉自在な可動抵抗体を設けたことを特徴
とする廃タイヤチツプ供給装置で、かかる構成に
よると、貯留槽内の廃タイヤチツプ量が減つてき
ても、従来のような後壁側における廃タイヤチツ
プのリボン状スクリユウ羽根内への取込量の増加
が固定抵抗体および可動抵抗体により防止され、
従つて排出筒入口付近における廃タイヤチツプ同
志の押合いが減るため、排出筒内における廃タイ
ヤチツプの詰まりがなくなると共にリボン状スク
リユウ羽根の回転駆動装置に過負荷が働くことは
ない。

供給装置と称す)で、チツプ12を貯留する貯留
槽18と、この貯留槽18内のチツプ12を定量
づつ上記焼却炉11内に排出するスクリユウフイ
ーダ19とから構成されている。上記スクリユウ
フイーダ19はリボン状スクリユウ羽根20、貯
留槽18外方に配置されたリボン状スクリユウ羽
根20の回転駆動装置21とから構成されてい
る。そして、更に上記リボン状スクリユウ羽根2
0は、貯留槽18内にあつては、その底壁18a
のほぼ中央に形成されたU字状溝21内に配設さ
れ、また貯留槽18の前壁18bと焼却炉11の
投入口13との間にあつては、搬送通路とリボン
状スクリユウ羽根20自身の支持ガイドとなる排
出筒(前壁18bから突設されている)23内に
配設されている。24は貯留槽18の後壁18c
のリボン状スクリユウ羽根20より少し上方位置
で、しかも後壁18cから前壁18b側に向つて
下向きに傾斜して突設された固定抵抗体で、貯留
槽18の幅方向に亘つて一定幅の隙間aを有して
複数個並設されている。25は上記各固定抵抗体
24間の隙間aを開閉自在な可動抵抗体である。
即ち、第4図に示すように、固定抵抗体24の各
側部には谷状の溝24aが形成されると共に、可
動抵抗体25の側部には上記谷状の溝24aに係
合する突条部25aが形成され、更に可動抵抗体
25の下面にはラツク26が形成されると共に、
このラツク26には回転軸27に固定されたピニ
オン28が噛合わされている。なお、上記回転軸
27は勿論回転駆動装置(図示せず)に連結され
ている。従つて、上記ピニオン28が回転する
と、可動抵抗体25が第3図矢印Aで示すように
後壁18cから出退して固定抵抗体24間の各隙
間aが開閉される。29は後壁18c上部に形成
された開口30に配置されたチツプ12の投入コ
ンベヤ、31は後壁18cに装着された回転駆動
装置21の出力軸21a保持用の軸受である。従
つて上記構成においてトラツク32によつて運ば
れてきたチツプ12は、投入コンベヤ29を介し
て貯留槽18内に投入されて貯留される。貯留さ
れたチツプ12は回転するリボン状スクリユウ羽
根20によりU字状溝22及び排出筒23内を搬
送され、排出筒23の排出口23aから計量器1
5及び投入口13を介して焼却炉11内に供給さ
れる。ところで、貯留槽18内の貯留チツプ量1
2が減つてくると、後壁18c付近のチツプ12
がリボン状スクリユウ羽根20内に多く取込まれ
るようになるが、固定抵抗体24若しくは可動抵
抗体25が内方に突出されて、チツプ12の取込
量が規制され、常時、チツプ12の上面が水平状
態になるようにされる。従つて、チツプ12が減
つても、従来のように、後壁18c側におけるチ
ツプ12の取込量が増加しないので、排出筒23
入口付近におけるチツプ12同志の押合いが減
り、排出筒23内におけるチツプ12の詰まりが
なくなる。なお、焼却炉11内に供給されたチツ
プ12は焼却され、そして熱回収が行なわれる。
