When cutting holes are formed in metal or wood, the cutting waste produced by the drill is often coarse and band-shaped, and can be easily removed by the spiral relief groove on the outer circumferential surface of the drill. However, in the case of concrete, cutting chips are fine powder or small lumps, so they stagnate in the spiral relief groove and block it, making it impossible to excavate. Therefore, a discharge hole is provided from the tip of the drill bit to the base end to remove the cutting chips. It is also known to discharge the cutting waste through the interior of the drill and to use an air suction machine to collect the cutting waste without scattering it to the surroundings.

Conventionally, a concrete drilling tool equipped with a dust suction device has been disclosed, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 7202/1983, but the tool described in this publication uses an electric motor that provides reciprocating and rotational motion to the drill. Since the electric motor powers both the drill and the dust suction fan, it must be large and heavy, making it disadvantageous for portable use. Furthermore, since the passage leading to the dust suction fan is formed inside the housing of the tool, the shape of the passage is complicated, and not only does cutting debris tend to stagnate, but it is difficult or impossible to disassemble and clean.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, allows cutting waste to be discharged without stagnation with a simple passage structure, and allows for easy disassembly and cleaning. Moreover, it uses a large motor for the tool or has a special dust-proof structure. It was devised for the purpose of providing a concrete drilling tool that does not require drilling and can be used in combination with a drive tool and drills of various types and sizes.

In this embodiment, the drive tool 4 gives the drill 1 reciprocating motion and rotation through the coupling member 2 to excavate the concrete while crushing it, and at the same time operates the air suction machine 19 to remove cutting waste. It is sucked together with air through the discharge hole 6, the connection hole 9, the passage 14, and the pipe 17, and the cutting waste is filtered out by the filter 18.

According to the present invention configured as described above, fine cutting debris from the concrete is discharged through the discharge hole inside the drill, so that it does not accumulate on the outer circumferential surface of the drill and increase the resistance when driving. It is possible to reduce the power of the tool and increase the degree of drilling, and since the cutting debris enters the exhaust hole together with air by the air suction machine and is sucked out, it is possible to reduce the power of the tool and increase the drilling rate. Cutting debris can be smoothly and completely discharged.

In particular, according to the present invention, the electric motor of the drive tool provides only the power to drive the tool, so it is large in size.
Not only is there no need to use a heavy tool, cutting debris is discharged from the coupling member and joint member in front of the drive tool by an air suction machine, so there is no need for the electric motor to have a special dust-proof structure. This objective is achieved without complicating the structure of the tool. In addition, since the path of the joint member that discharges cutting waste through the filter and toward the air suction device is perpendicular to the drill axis direction, the cutting waste passes linearly through the drill, the coupling member, and the joint member, and stops along the way. This means that the direction is changed only once to discharge the cutting chips, so the discharge route is extremely simple and there is no possibility of stagnation of the cutting chips. Furthermore, since the drill, coupling member, joint member, and drive tool are removable from each other and are provided axially, they can be easily disassembled and cleaned even if cuttings become lodged; By preparing the coupling member with various dimensions and connection structures, it is possible to attach the drill to various types of drive tools via the coupling member, or to attach various types and structures to a specific drive tool.
This has the excellent effect that holes of various sizes can be formed by attaching drills of different sizes.
