該角部を凹凸のない平坦面に先仕上げし、壁面の
出隅部分を衝撃から保護すると同時に壁装材の貼
着を容易にし、壁仕上げを美麗化する目的で使用

ところで、一般に壁面の下地には安価な石膏ボ
ードや合板が多用されるが、この種板材の端縁は
平滑に処理されていないから凹凸が無数にあり、
これ等の凹凸を鉋等で削り取ることは大へん面倒

の出隅部分を実公昭55−6895号の様なコーナーテ
ープでカバーし、該部の凹凸を被い隠して出隅部
を保護すると共に、壁装材の破れや皺の発生を防

良や仕上り不良を生じやすく、又、この薄板をア
ルミニウムやステンレス製とすると錆の発生は解

と、コーナー材1は、可撓性に富む軟質合成樹脂
製の厚さ1ミリ以下、幅2ミリ以下の蝶番部2の
長手方向左右両端に、1ミリ以下、好ましくは
0.5ミリ程度の肉厚を有する硬質合成樹脂製の平
板3,3を一体に連結して蝶番部2から折曲げ自
在に構成し、更に、前記平板に適数の孔4…を穿
設すると共に、該平板の下面に必要に応じて感圧
性接着剤層5を設け、この感圧性接着剤層5を被

る様取付けて出隅部分8を先仕上げし、この上に
壁紙、布地、ビニルクロス等の壁装材9を接着剤
で貼着させ、壁面を仕上げるものである(第3図

えるばかりか、錆も生じないから接着不良や仕上
り不良の事態を起すこともなく、施工中に怪我を

該孔に喰込んで接着効果が向上するし、巻込める
から嵩張らず運搬に便利であり、施工箇所のサイ
ズに合わせて簡単に切断できるから継目が発生せ
ず、製作が容易であるから安価に提供できる等実
