In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of cooked or semi-cooked foods that can be served on the table simply by reheating them in a microwave oven, etc. In order to prevent the taste and quality of such foods from deteriorating, it is necessary to protect them from light, air, etc. It is common to use packaging materials that use metal foil, such as aluminum foil, which has excellent barrier properties to prevent moisture, etc.

However, metal foil reflects high frequency waves, so even if you put the above-mentioned packaging into a microwave oven, the contents cannot be heated, and the microwave oven itself may malfunction. To avoid this, the packaging bag is opened, the contents are removed, and the contents are transferred to another container and heated. However, even in that case, it is necessary to further wrap the container with cling film, which is very troublesome.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag in which the metal foil can be removed and, therefore, cooking can be carried out in the bag, in order to save the above-mentioned time and effort.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention laminates a heat-sealing layer on the inner surface of a synthetic resin base material and a metal foil on the outer surface with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween, and heat-seals the heat-sealing layers on the inner surface with each other. In the sealed packaging bag, the adhesive layer is provided intermittently or the adhesive strength is weakened so that the metal foil can be manually peeled off from the base material.

FIG. 1 shows a packaging material used in the packaging bag of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the wrapping material 1 is made by laminating a heat sealing layer 3 on the inner surface of a synthetic resin base material 2 and a metal foil 6 such as aluminum on the outer surface with an intermittent adhesive layer 4 interposed therebetween. Note that it is preferable to provide a surface protection layer 7 on the outer surface of the metal foil 6. This layer 7 is formed by coating with synthetic resin or bonding a synthetic resin film.

The intermittent adhesive layer 4 is formed by part-coating adhesive, and its pattern is shown in FIG.
As shown in (a), (b), and (i), it may be dotted, linear, grid-like, etc. Furthermore, for the purpose described later, it is preferable to provide a band-shaped part to which no adhesive is applied, that is, an adhesive-free band 5, along the unsealing part.

The packaging material 1 can be provided with a tab 8 that projects from the outer periphery of the bag when it is formed into a packaging bag. This function will also be described later. In addition, in this case, the above-mentioned adhesive cutout zone 5 can be omitted.

If the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 4 is so weak that the metal foil 6 can be peeled off by hand, the layer 4 may be formed by coating the entire surface with adhesive, as shown in FIG. 3. However, it is not applied to the adhesive missing zone 5.

In order to use the packaging bag 10 for cooking, the packaging bag 10 is first cut along the adhesive cutout zone 5 shown by the dotted line in FIG. Since there is no adhesive layer 4 at this cut end, the metal foil 6 and the base material 2 are separated, and the metal foil 6 can be pinched by hand.

When the metal foil 6 is pulled along with the surface protective layer 7 using this as a clue, it is peeled off from the base material 2. When the metal foil 6 is peeled off from the back side of the bag 10 in the same way: the bag made of the synthetic resin base material 2 remains. Just put this bag in the microwave and cook.

In addition, if the tab 8 is provided, the base material 2 and the metal foil 6 can be separated at the tip of the tab 8 (particularly if the adhesive layer 4 is intermittent as shown in FIG. 1, the separation is easy). ), the metal foil 6 may be pulled and peeled off.

As described above, since the packaging bag of the present invention is made of a laminate of a synthetic resin base material and metal foil, it is strong and has excellent barrier properties, and can withstand handling such as distribution and storage. In addition, it is possible to prevent the contents from deteriorating in quality, and since the metal foil is removable, it can be used as is for cooking in a microwave oven by simply removing the metal foil.
