熱体及び感温素子と、該発熱体及び感温素子を制
御する温度制御回路とを有する水晶発振器と、内
部に不活性気体を封入した多数の気泡が形成され
、内面に金属蒸着が施された発泡樹脂製容器とを
備え、前記水晶発振器が前記発泡樹脂製容器に収
容され、前記発熱体の発熱により前記水晶振動子
の周波数温度を補償するようにしたことを特徴と
