Claims (1)
素子からの制御電圧を電圧可変容量素子に印加し
て、周囲温度変化による発振周波数変化を補償す
る温度補償回路とから構成される温度補償型水晶
発振回路に於いて、前記水晶振動子に前記電圧可
変容量素子を接続し、該電圧可変容量素子のアノ
ード及びカソードのそれぞれに固定電圧を与える
バイアス手段を接続し、周囲温度が異なる2つの
所定値を超えた範囲で、前記感熱抵抗素子が発生
する電圧を、前記バイアス手段のそれぞれに印加
するようにしたことを特徴とする温度補償型水晶
