Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention is applicable to various types of waste that occur in daily life, such as in toilets, food waste, bathrooms, living rooms, cars, livestock barns, etc., as well as in various manufacturing plants. The present invention relates to a novel deodorizing and moisture absorbing agent that is effective in removing bad odors, that is, deodorizing, and also has moisture absorption ability, and a method for producing the same.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The water washing method and the method using chemicals such as acid and alkali require large-scale equipment, which is economically disadvantageous. Moreover, products are generated by chemical reactions such as neutralization, and these treatments are also required. Also, the use of fragrances is not a fundamental solution. or,
For example, activated carbon from palm trees is known as an adsorbent, but it has a real value, and its reuse can be partially blown, and there is also a problem in terms of resources. In the case of industrial use, even if the equipment is large-scale, it can be used practically as long as it has a corresponding effect, but as a deodorizing agent for removing bad odors emitted from the home environment, it is easy to manufacture and deodorizing It is required to have excellent effects and be easy to install. Further, it is desired that the effective time is longer and that regeneration and activation are easier.

Those heated at Colorants may also be added. In particular, an appropriate amount of chlorophyll can be added to give a pleasant color, and perapamint and jasmine can be added as fragrances to enhance a pleasant effect. Further, the present deodorizing and moisture absorbing agent can be inserted as it is into an exhaust gas outlet or a ventilation opening, and can also be used by being stored in a plastic container of any shape having a large number of ventilation holes.

This product also acts as a decolorizing agent for petroleum solvents and as a desulfurizing agent for heavy oils. In particular, this effect is superior to red allofein, which contains a large amount of iron hydroxide, than yellow allofein.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention enables the use of allophanes (for example, Kanuma soil) that exist in inexhaustible quantities in nature, and moreover, has extremely easy deodorizing and moisture absorption ability with only the simple means of calcination. This makes it possible to produce porous calcined allofein. Therefore, it has become possible to supply it at an extremely low price compared to known deodorizing agents such as activated carbon made from palm. Moreover, the deodorizing agent of the present invention The deodorizing agent of the present invention is superior to the known deodorizing properties mentioned above in that it also has moisture absorption ability.Furthermore, the deodorizing agent of the present invention can be recycled and is superior to the known deodorizing agent in this respect as well.

(Example 1) Natural allofein (Kanuma clay) Porous fired allofein produced by firing at y soo℃ for 2 hours and cooling in the air! If you put something wrapped in washi paper in a chest of drawers, separate from the insect repellent camphor, the odor of camphor that permeates clothes will disappear.
It deodorizes so much that it cannot be distinguished by the human sense of smell, and at the same time, it dries without any mold growth! I was able to save my knee.
