In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the simple assembly shed of the present invention has a simple assembly shed in which left and right side wall panels and a rear wall panel are formed. An L-shaped rear pillar component extends from the rear end edges of the left and right side wall panels so that the opening faces forward, and the rear wall panel has a U-shaped opening rearward from the left and right end edges thereof. By extending the column structure part of the rear wall panel and engaging and fixing the column structure part of the rear wall panel to the rear column structure part of the left and right side wall panels, respectively, a column part having a hollow part is formed. The shelf brackets installed between the opposing surfaces of the front and rear pillars are U-shaped and open downward, and the front and rear ends have side portions that are thinner than the side portions of the middle portion. Further, an engaging groove is formed in at least one of the side portions to serve as a support portion, and an appropriate number of support holes are formed in the hollow portion at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction on the opposing surface portions of each of the front and rear pillar portions. The support portions at the front and rear ends of the shelf support are removably inserted and supported in the support holes which are formed in a penetrating shape and are opposed to each other in the front and rear, and the engagement grooves formed in the side portions of the support portions are formed in the support holes. A shelf that is hooked to the peripheral edge and extends in the left-right direction is bridge-supported between the left and right shelf supports.

Therefore, in the lower end of the rear wall panel 14, the received support portion 17 is received and supported by the upper surface portion 4a of the rear lower frame 4, and does not displace downward.
The clamping pressure fixing portion 18 is fixed with clamping pressure between the upright portion 4d of the rear lower frame 4 and the rear end portion 29a of the floor panel 29, and does not displace in the front-rear direction, without using fixing devices such as screws. Securely fixed. Therefore,
There is a risk that the lower end of the rear wall panel 14 may bulge outward and deform, spoiling its appearance, or that a gap may occur between it and the upper surface 4a of the rear lower frame 4, and that rainwater or the like may enter the interior of the storeroom through this gap. All of them will be gone. Also, the rear wall panel 14
Due to the presence of the received support portion 17 and the clamped pressure fixed portion 18, its rigidity is improved, and together with this, the above-mentioned advantages become even more remarkable. Furthermore, since no fixing devices such as screws are used, the number of parts and processing locations can be reduced, thereby reducing product costs, and there is no risk of rust forming at the locations where the fixing devices are attached.

In addition to the structure described above, the fixing structure of the lower end of the rear wall panel 14 may be constructed as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, for example. In FIG. 9, from the lower end edge of the clamped pressure fixing part 18, a second clamping pressure fixing part 1 is further inserted.
8' is extended, and the fixing part 18' is clamped and fixed between the step part 4b of the rear lower frame 4 and the rear end part 29a of the floor panel 29. In FIG. 10, the rear end portion 29a of the floor panel 29 is further expanded and extended rearward,
The receiving support portion 17 is also clamped and fixed between this extension portion 29a' and the upper surface portion 4a of the rear lower frame 4. Furthermore, in FIG. 11, the rear lower frame 4 is formed into a rectangular shape, and the floor panel 29 is directly supported on the installation surface of the storeroom. Furthermore, if the upper end of the rear wall panel 14 is engaged and supported by the roof panel 30 (described later) through an appropriate engagement means so as not to be movable in the front-rear direction, fixing with the screws 20 is no longer necessary, and assembly is possible. It is advantageous in terms of quality and production economy. In this case, the left and right side wall panels 1 and 2 can be fixed by engagement of the pillar components 6 and 16 and by being covered with a roof panel 30 as described below.

The door stop portion 31a of the door stop 1 and the door stop portions 13a and 23b of the upper frame 13 and the right door stop 23 function as a series of door stops that abut against the door 32. Although not shown in the drawings, the wing wall 31 and the door 32 are, of course, provided with a known locking device and a device to be locked. In addition, in this embodiment, the above-mentioned wing wall 31 is provided for the purpose of maintaining rigidity as a reinforcing column that connects and holds the front lower frame 3 and upper frame 13 of the storeroom, and for aesthetics on the front side. If it is not necessary, it is also possible to eliminate this wing wall 31 and use the door stop part 22b of the left door stop 22 as a door stop part in place of the door stop part 31a. Moreover, the door 32 can of course be made into a double-opening shape or a sliding door shape instead of a single-opening shape. In the latter case, rail grooves are formed in the upper surface portion 3a of the front lower frame 3 and the lower surface portion of the upper frame 13.

The shelf support 37 is formed in a U-shape with the front, rear, and lower sides open, and the side portion at the rear end is cut out to form a side portion that is thinner in the height direction than the side portion at the middle portion. In addition to forming the supporting portion 37a, the side portion of the front end is also notched in the same manner as the side portion of the rear end to form a side portion thinner in the height direction than the side portion of the intermediate portion, and the side portion has a side portion extending downwardly. An open engagement groove 37b is formed to serve as a support portion, and the support portion 37a is inserted into a support hole 19 formed in the rear rectangular column portion 21, so that the front end of the shelf support 37 is inserted into the front rectangular column portion 24. Therefore, the shelf support 37 is supported so as not to be movable in the front-back direction. Note that the space within the rear rectangular column portion 21 is formed to an extent that allows the support portion 37a of the shelf support 37 to move back and forth, and the length of the support portion 37a is such that the length of the support portion 37a is such that the engagement groove 37b is Support hole 28
The setting is made so that the support hole 19 can sufficiently support the support hole 19 when the support hole 19 is engaged with the support hole 19. Further, in order to horizontally support the upper surface of the shelf support 37, the distance from the upper surface to the lower end of the support portion 37a and the distance to the upper end of the engagement groove 37b are set to be the same. If each distance is different,

As described above, each of the left and right rectangular column parts 21, 2
Each of the shelf supports 37 is supported between the left and right shelf supports 37, and a flat rectangular shelf 38 with an open bottom is supported as a bridge between the left and right shelf supports 37, 37 (see FIGS. 7 and 8). In addition,
Since the shelf support 37 is supported between the rectangular columns 21 and 24 formed at the corner of the storeroom and is close to the side wall panel, the horizontal length of the shelf 38 is necessarily The space between the left and right side wall panels 1 and 2 is set to approximately match the space between the left and right side wall panels 1 and 2, and the left and right shelf supports 3

Therefore, all of the left and right ends of the shelf 38 are supported by the shelf supports 37, compared to a case where only both corners of the left and right ends are simply supported by latches or the like. Since the supporting strength is improved and the supporting state is stabilized, even heavy objects can be reliably placed and stored in a stable state.
Further, as in the embodiment described above, the hollow rectangular column parts 21 and 24 for supporting the shelf support 37 are provided on the left and right side wall panels 1 and 2, the rear wall 14, and the left and right door stops 22 and 23.
If you use it also as a means of fixing it,
Compared to the case where a column for supporting the shelf support is separately provided in addition to the fixing means, the structure can be much simplified and it is advantageous in terms of manufacturing economy. Note that the support holes 19, 28
The shelf holder 37 can be easily removed in the reverse order as described above, and the shape of the shelf 38 can be arbitrary. An engagement groove may be formed in advance.

As can be easily understood from the above explanation, in the simple assembly storage shed of the present invention, pillars having hollow portions are formed at each of the four corners of the storage space, and shelf supports are provided between each of the front and rear pillars. The shelf is removable but not movable in the front and back direction, and the left and right ends of the shelf are supported like a bridge between the left and right shelf supports, so that the left and right ends of the shelf do not conform to the conventional structure mentioned at the beginning. Instead of simply supporting both corners with hooks, etc., as in the conventional case, all parts are supported with shelf supports.

Moreover, according to the present invention, both the rear pillar parts supporting the rear end parts of the left and right shelf supports have rear open U-shaped pillar constituent parts extending from the left and right end edges of the rear wall panel. Since each of the left and right side wall panels is formed into a column having a hollow portion by engaging and fixing to the L-shaped rear column component extending from the rear end edge,
In order to firmly support the rear ends of the left and right shelf supports, there is no need to separately install pillars at both rear corners of the storeroom, and as the number of pillar members increases. It is possible to effectively prevent the structure of the easily assembled storage shed from becoming complicated, the ease of assembly from worsening, and the effective space within the storage space from being reduced. Rather, as in the present invention, the column components extending from the left and right edges of the rear wall panel are
When a column having a hollow portion is formed by engaging and fixing the rear column component extending from the rear end edges of the left and right side wall panels, for example, the left and right ends of the rear wall panel and the rear ends of the left and right side wall panels Compared to the case where separate pillar members are installed between the pillar members and the rear wall panel, left and right side wall panels are fixed to these pillar members with fasteners, the number of parts for the pillar member is reduced, and the cost is lower. In addition, the structure of the storeroom can be simplified and assembly can be performed easily and quickly. Furthermore, the rear wall is provided with a rear open U-shaped column component extending from the left and right edges of the rear wall panel and an L-shaped rear column component extending from the rear edge of the left and right side wall panels. Not only is the rigidity of the panel and the left and right side wall panels significantly improved, but the column component of the rear wall panel and the rear column component of the left and right side wall panels cooperate with each other to create a strong column that is resistant to deformation. Further, a front column forming portion is extended from the front end edges of the left and right side wall panels to form a hollow column portion. For this reason, the front and rear ends of the shelf support are also supported by strong pillars, making it possible to reliably hold heavy items placed on the shelf, and the structure of each pillar The rigidity of the storeroom itself can be increased.

In addition, according to the present invention, since the shelf support installed between the opposing surfaces of the front and rear pillars is formed in a U-shape that is open downward, it is possible to ensure a relatively high degree of rigidity in the vertical direction. Together with the high hollow front and rear columns, it is possible to reliably receive and support the load of heavy objects applied through the shelf.

Moreover, since the front and rear end portions of the shelf support are formed with side portions that are thinner than the side portions of the intermediate portion, it is necessary to form the side portions on the opposing surfaces of the front and rear columns for supporting the front and rear ends of the shelf support as appropriate. The opening area of several support holes can be set small, and for this reason, large openings of the support holes may lead to a decrease in the rigidity (strength) of the front and rear columns, and by extension, a decrease in the rigidity (strength) of the entire assembled shed. Problems that occur can be effectively prevented.

Furthermore, an engagement groove is formed in the thin side portion and the engagement groove is engaged with the peripheral edge of the support hole of the pillar portion,
Since it is designed to prevent the shelf support from coming out of the support hole of the column, it is possible to prevent the shelf support from coming out.
There is an advantage that the structure can be greatly simplified, since there is no need for a complicated structure that requires an increase in the number of parts, such as providing a separate member of the stopper fitting at the end of the shelf support by welding.

In a simple assembly storage shed in which left and right side wall panels and a rear wall panel are formed, an L-shaped front column component part has an opening from the front edge of the left and right side wall panels so that the opening faces rearward from the front edge of the left and right side wall panels, and an opening opens from the rear edge of the left and right side wall panels. L-shaped rear pillar components are extended so as to face forward, and the rear wall panel has U-shaped pillar components that are open to the rear and extended from the left and right edges of the rear wall panel, thereby improving the pillar configuration of the rear wall panel. By engaging and fixing the parts to the rear pillar parts of the left and right side wall panels, a pillar part having a hollow part is formed, and a hollow pillar part is also formed in the front pillar part, so that the front and rear pillar parts are opposed to each other. The shelf support installed between the face parts has a downwardly open U-shape, and the front and rear ends of the shelf support are formed into thinner side parts than the side parts of the middle part, and an engagement groove is formed in at least one of the side parts. A suitable number of support holes are formed penetrating into the hollow part at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction on the opposing surfaces of each of the front and rear column parts, and each of the front and rear opposing support holes has the above-mentioned support holes. The support parts at the front and rear ends of the shelf support are removably inserted and supported, and the engagement groove formed in the side part of the support part is hooked to the peripheral edge of the support hole, so that the support part at the front and rear ends of the shelf support is inserted and supported in a removable manner. A simple assembly shed characterized by having shelves extending over a bridge supported by a bridge.
