炉へ原料を投入するための装入バケツトを搭載し
たビームが走行し得る左右一対のレールを配設
し、装入バケツトを搭載したビームがレール上を
反アーク炉側端部まで走行したとき装入バケツト
が包囲体本体外部に位置し得るよう一方のレール
を包囲体本体の突出部端部近傍まで延ばすと共に
他方のレールを包囲体本体外部まで延ばし、包囲
体本体の壁面のうち前記装入バケツトを搭載した
ビームの通過部分にビームの走行に支障なきよう
空気吸入口を兼ねた開口部を設け、包囲体本体の
壁面のうち装入バケツト通過部分に開口部を設
