において極めて大きい作業障害となりオープンな
状態に比べて余分な労力と時間を費やすことを余
議なくされている。更にケース囲いも必然的に大
型となり設備コストプツシユも多大となつてい

す。5は取鍋2の上方を覆う形の取鍋フードであ
り、一方に転炉1の出鋼溶鋼を通過させるための
取鍋フードの開口5aが設けられ、他方にダクト
9が連設されている。6は炉口1aに対面する壁
とその両側に炉口1aを囲む形に配設した壁で三
方囲い状に形成した誘煙囲いであり、上部形状は
炉口1aからの発煙をローカルフード7の直下位
置へ誘導する如く屈折させて配置してある。取鍋
フード5および誘煙囲い6は移動作業床4に設け
てある。8はローカルフード7の先端部に、上下
方向にヒンジ状に天板を旋回可能になしたスイン
グ板である。スイング板8は駆動機(図示せず)
によつて旋回作動及び任意位置での固定可能とし
てある。12は発じんガスをローカルフード11

鍋2の開口を覆う形を維持する様に取鍋2の開口
に沿わせて移動することにより、前述の発塵ガス

に合せて直近で集煙するため従来技術の如く全体
をケースで囲う必要が無く、局所的な囲いで済む
ため、装置が小型化され、且つ粉塵等による悪条
件も回避されて従来設備の種々の欠点が解消し、
設備故障の減少、メンテナンス性の著しい改善お
よび設備投資額の低減など大きい改善効果が得ら
