域を不活性ガス雰囲気とするために供給される不
活性ガスを、前記塗膜に電子線照射する以前また
はその過程で、前記電子線の照射によつて加熱さ
れた前記不活性ガスを、前記塗膜内の溶媒を加熱
蒸発させるように前記塗膜の表面に供給する装置
