Glue the joint between the cap and header using soldering or vacuum adhesive, then press and cut the exhaust pipe while evacuating the inside of the detector via the exhaust pipe using a vacuum exhaust device, etc. and
The cut portion of the pipe was then covered with solder or vacuum adhesive. However, such a vacuum sealing method is manual and has the drawback of very poor workability and reliability.

きる。 The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks by using a vacuum retaining material on the contact surface of the movable part of the jig, setting the header part and cap part of the detector separately on the jig, and then opening the inside of the jig. The object of the present invention is to obtain a vacuum sealing jig that can perform vacuum sealing by uniformly welding contact parts in a short time using an electric welder while drawing a vacuum from an exhaust port with a vacuum evacuation device. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The figure shows an assembly diagram of a vacuum sealing jig according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which electrodes 4 and 6 are held in a vacuum state using a rubber packing 8 on a jig body 9. The electrodes 4 and 6 have a mechanism that allows them to slide up and down. Remove the electrode 4, set the header part 2 of the detector on the electrode 6, and then attach the cap part 1.
set on electrode 4. At this time, the side surface of the cap portion 1 and the electrode 4 are fixed by a rubber gasket 10. Thereafter, the electrode 4 is inserted into the jig body 9 again and fixed at the middle part of the jig body 9 by the stopper 5. Next, the inside of the jig main body 9 is evacuated by connecting it to a vacuum evacuation device via a rubber hose or the like through the exhaust nozzle 3. At this time, the gaps between the electrode 4 and the cap part 1 and the gap between the electrode 6 and the header part 2 are also evacuated to vacuum through the holes 11 and 12. When the required degree of vacuum is reached, remove stopper 5. At this time, since the inside of the jig main body 9 is in a vacuum state, the electrode 4 is inserted until it comes into contact with the electrode 6, and at this time the header part 2 and the cap part 1 come into contact. Next, by applying current to the electrodes 4 and 6 while applying pressure, the header portion 2 and the cap portion 1 can be electrically welded uniformly. The spring 7 reduces the impact when pressurized. After welding is completed, the electrode 4 can be removed from the jig main body 9 again to vacuum seal the detector.
