Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、試験用ＩＣソケットに関し、特に冷却用の放
熱板を有する試験用ＩＣソケットに関するＯ 〔従来の技術〕 従来、この種の試験用ＩＣソケットは第２図に示すよう
にＩＣソケット２１上に被試験ＩＣ２３が装着され、更
に被試験ＩＣ２３上に放熱板２２が装着されていて、Ｉ
Ｃソケット２１と放熱板２２とは別々に組立てられてい
た。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
前述した従来の試験用ＩＣソケットは、ＩＣソケット２
１と放熱板２２が別々となっているので、被試験ＩＣ２
３を装着するとき被試験ＩＣ２３のＩＣソケット２１へ
の装着と、被試験ＩＣ２３への放熱板２２の装着と２つ
の動作が必要という欠点があった。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明の試験用ＩＣソケットは複数列の接続孔及び該接
続孔の列間を隔てる長溝を有するＩＣソケットと、長手
方向の側端部に放熱フィンを有する金属製の放熱板とを
備え、前記放熱板を前記ＩＣソケットの長溝に嵌合せし
め、前記放熱板の上面とＩＣソケットの接続孔の面とが
同一面となるように接着剤等により接着・固定して成っ
ている。
〔実施例〕
次に本発明の実施例について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図は本発明の一実施例を示す分解図である。
第１図において本発明の一実施例は、被試験ＩＣｌ３を
装着するＩＣソケット１１と、これに取付けられる放熱
板１２とを有する。ＩＣソケット１１は、複数列の接続
孔１１ａ、ｌｌｂ及び接続孔の列間を隔てる長溝１１ｃ
を有し断面がコの字に形成されている。放熱板１２は、
長手方向の側端部に放熱フィン１２ａを有する金属製の
板である。
放熱板１２は、ＩＣソケット１１の長溝１１Ｃに嵌合さ
れ、放熱板１２の上面とＩＣソケット１１の接続孔１１
ａ及び１１ｂの面とが同一面になるように接着剤等によ
シ接着・固定されている。被試験ＩＣＩ　３は、ＩＣソ
ケット１１に、そのケースの下面が放熱板１２の上面と
当接して装着される。このように本実施例は被試験ＩＣ
Ｉ　３の下面が放熱板１２の上面と当接するので放熱作
用が得られる。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように本発明は、放熱板を有する試験用Ｉ
Ｃソケットにより、被試験ＩＣの温度を一定に保ちなが
ら試験できる効果があり、被試験用ＩＣの装着が１動作
でできるという効果もある。

第１図は本発明の一実施例を示す分解図、第２図は従来
の試験用ＩＣソケットを示す分解図である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 複数列の接続孔及び該接続孔の列間を隔てる長溝を有す
    るＩＣソケットと、長手方向の側端部に放熱フィンを有
    する金属製の放熱板とを備え、前記放熱板を前記ＩＣソ
    ケットの長溝に嵌合せしめ、前記放熱板の上面とＩＣソ
    ケットの接続孔の面とが同一面となるように接着剤等に
    より接着・固定して成ることを特徴とする試験用ＩＣソ
    ケット。
