【考案の詳細な説明】 考案の目的 本考案は帯状練製品の連続加熱装置の改良に関
するものである。

て扁平帯状に成形された魚肉練成原料Aを加熱室
3で遠赤外線加熱装置5と近赤外線加熱装置6と
の双方で加熱した後蒸煮室内で蒸煮加熱しながら
搬送するように構成されている。

ンベヤの加熱を促進して原料の加熱作用を一層効
率良く行うことができる優れた特徴と実用性を有
するものである。
