ための加熱炉とが順に配置されて成る絶縁電線の
製造装置において、前記塗装室は、塗装室下部に
配設された多孔板上に開口部を有する粉体供給パ
イプと、この粉体供給パイプ上部にバルブを介し
て接続されたホツパーと、このホツパーを加振せ
しめるための加振器と、前記塗装室内に配置され
多孔板上に形成される流動層のレベルを測定する
ためのレベル計と、このレベル計の出力信号によ
り前記バルブを開放するとともに、前記加振装置
を作動せしめて流動層のレベルが常に前記開口部
の上方に位置するように制御する制御器とを備え
