通気用孔2の中に入らないようにしている。通気
用孔2の両側縁に配設した前記水切板8の上には
短小な複数個の柱状体3が間隔をおいてそれぞれ
列状に並べて固定されている。さらに、この柱状
体3の上には、一連に並んだ該柱状体3を結ぶよ
うに一通の棒状体4が載置固定されている。各柱
状体3の間隔は約50〜60cmとするのがよい。ま
た、棒状体4はその上面が連続するように設けら

た断面略山形の棟飾り板体が形成され、該棟飾り
板体は屋根頂部の前記通気用孔を覆うように跨設
させ、該棟飾り板体の下面及び両端部において下
方に屈曲形成した部分の内側面を前記棒状体に当
接させて固定せしめ、該屈曲形成部分の下端と屋
根の上面との間に通気用の隙間を形成してなるも
のであるから、構造が簡単で、取付け施工が容易
であるにもかかわらず強度的、耐久性に優れてい
る。取付け施工作業は屋根頂部の足場の極めて悪
い危険な場所であるから、このように取付け簡単
な構造とすることは危険防止、作業者の安全を確
保する上で極めて有効である。また、棟飾り板体
と屋根の上面との間に設けた隙間から通気するこ
とができるため、換気量が多くとれ、換気効率を
高めることができる。このように、換気効率が大
きいにもかかわらず、水切板で雨仕舞を確実に行
うことができる。従つて、結露を防止して建物の
耐久性を大きく高める効果がある。
