Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、堆肥製造施設の床を、丈夫に形成し
てトラクタ、バケツトローダ等の重量物が直接通
風床上を走行できるようなすと共に、その通風性
を何時迄も良好に維持せしめて長期に亘り完熟し
た堆肥を能率的に製造することができる堆肥製造
施設における通風床に関する。

防止有孔板の上部に砂層を順次立体的に設けた通
風床に形成して、前記通風床上に収容した堆肥化
材料を、撹拌搬送作用と流通する通風作用とによ
り好気性発酵菌を有効的に繁殖せしめ、短期間内
に完熟した堆肥を得ることができる堆肥製造施設
を開発し、これが実施化に伴ない相当の効果を発
揮せしめている。

率的に行うことができない許りか、堆肥化材料の
撹拌搬送作業中において撹拌機に藁等の異物が絡
まつた時には該異物により砂層が簡単に削り取ら
れ、適正厚さの砂層を常時保持できないことで通
風作用を全面に亘り均等化させることができない
は勿論のこと、撹拌機の掬い上げ押圧作用によつ
て砂層が目詰まりされる等の欠点が生じ、これが
改善を強く望まれていたものである。

床に形成し、該通風床の上面には通風孔を全面に
亘り多数穿孔した肉厚の通風盤を水平に敷設せし
めると共に、前記通風盤の上面および通風孔内に
は砂を充填して、通風床全体を丈夫にし、重量負
荷の大きいトラクタやバケツトローダ等の移動走
行を可能として堆肥化材料の搬入作業や堆肥の搬
出作業を能率的に行わせると共に撹拌機に藁等の
異物が例え絡まる事態が発生しても通風適正量の
砂層を常に維持させて通風作用の均等化を適確に
達成させる許りか、砂層全体を目詰り現象を発生
させることがない様に膨軟状ならしめることがで
きる堆肥製造施設における通風床を提供しようと
したものであつて、以下に本考案に係る堆肥製造
施設における通風の構成を添付図面に示された好
適な一実施例について説明する。

るトラクタやバケツトローダ等の作業機で能率的
に行うことができると共に堆肥化材料Aの撹拌搬
送作業時に、撹拌機に藁等の異物が絡まつて砂層
を無理に削り取るような事態が発生しても、通風
盤9の存在により必要以上削り取られるのを未然
に防止し、常に通風適正状態の砂層を維持させ、
通風床3全面に亘り外気が均等に流通できるよう
にして好気性発酵菌の繁殖を盛んならしめ、堆肥
化の促進を図ることができる許りか、撹拌機の掬
い上げによる押圧作用或は堆肥化材料Aの重量負
荷等を総て通風盤9により受け止めるので砂層が
妄りに目詰まりされることがない等の効果を奏す
るものである。
