As shown in Fig. 4, the conventional floor structure of a refrigerated container is such that the upper surface of the steel tunnel recess and the upper surface of the cross member are approximately flush with each other, and the flush surface and
A spacer made of wood or the like is used to maintain a distance from the floor rail, and this gap is filled with a heat insulating material such as urethane foam to form the floor section. The thickness of the heat insulating material in the above configuration is usually about 50 to 200 m/m, but this is selected depending on the temperature control conditions required of the refrigerated container. Therefore, the thicker the insulating material is, the more the cold retention properties are improved, the more the internal height of the refrigerated container is reduced, resulting in the contradictory effect that the cargo loading efficiency is reduced. . The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows the bottom of a refrigerated container, with corner posts 1 having corner fittings 2 attached to their upper and lower ends. 3 is the front wall, and 4 is the rear wall, usually with double doors. 5 is a side wall. 6 is a tunnel recess, and this part is recessed upwards, and the front stage of the trailer for container transportation is made to correspond to the structure in relation to the connection with the tractor.

7 is the lower side frame material, and at the tunnel recess part, there is a short tunnel horizontal joist 8 between the lower side frame material and the tunnel recess, and at the rear of the tunnel recess, there is a short tunnel part horizontal joist 8 between the left and right lower side frame members 7, 7. 10 is an auxiliary floor placed above the horizontal joist 9, 11
is a floor rail made of extruded aluminum, for example, stretched on the floor of the container, and is separated from the auxiliary floor 10 by a spacer 12. Note that there is no auxiliary floor directly above the tunnel recess 6 because the tunnel recess is formed of a metal plate. Reference numeral 13 denotes a heat insulating material layer, which is filled in the space between the upper surface of the auxiliary floor and the lower surface of the floor rail.

As is clear from FIG. 4, conventionally, the upper surface of the tunnel recess 6 and the upper surface of the auxiliary floor 10 above the horizontal joist 9 are substantially flush with each other.

FIG. 5 shows the floor structure of the present invention, in which the upper part of the tunnel recess 6 has the same structure as the conventional one, but the height of the horizontal joists 9a at the rear of the tunnel recess 6 is lower. Therefore, the spacer 12a is increased accordingly. Since the horizontal joist 9a is low in height, it is of course selected so that its strength is not different from the conventional one. Since the spacer 12a is high, the space between the auxiliary floor 10 and the floor rail 11 is naturally large, and the thickness of the heat insulating material layer 13 is also large.

As explained above, the rear part of the tunnel recess 6 is lowered one step, and an auxiliary floor is placed on top of it to form a heat insulating layer between it and the floor rail, so it can be insulated and cooled without reducing the internal height of the refrigerated container. It has become possible to further improve performance.

A tunnel recess with corner fittings at the four corners, recessed upward in the longitudinal direction of the container floor from the lower edge of the front wall, a horizontal joist installed horizontally between the lower side frame members, and an auxiliary floor above the horizontal joist. In the floor structure of a refrigerated container consisting of a floor rail arranged through a spacer with respect to the auxiliary floor, and a heat insulating layer between the auxiliary floor and the floor rail, the refrigerated container is located rearward of the rear end of the tunnel recess By making the height of the horizontal joists 9 lower than the height of the horizontal joists 8 on both sides of the tunnel recess, the auxiliary floor 10 is lowered from the upper surface of the tunnel recess 6, and a tunnel is created between the floor rail and the auxiliary floor. A floor structure of a refrigerated container having a tunnel recess characterized by being filled with a heat insulating material thicker than a heat insulating material layer formed at the top of the recess.
