Strets 5 were applied by heat welding at appropriate intervals on the surface of the skin, and the ends 4 of the skin 3 were wrapped around the ends of the soft material 2 and the base material 1 and bonded to the outer surface of the base material 1 with adhesive. It is a structure.

The non-heat welded portion between the heat welds 6 is formed as a ventilation passage 7.

Even if the gas between the surface and the skin 3 thermally expands, the air is discharged to the outside more quickly than the air passage 7 of the non-heated welded part. Therefore, thermal deformation of the skin 3 due to thermal expansion of the gas is prevented and the appearance is maintained.

This has the advantage of improving manufacturing efficiency and saving the skin by the amount of wrapping.
