The structure of the lid is, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 53-129015, in which a stiffener having a substantially channel-shaped cross section is formed on the inner panel, and the flange portion of the stiffener is bonded to the outer panel using an adhesive. With this structure, when the adhesive is cured in a drying oven, it is usually exposed to high temperatures of around 180℃, but if the outer panel is made of a lightweight composite material or aluminum material and the inner panel is made of steel material, it is possible to There is a drawback that the outer panel, which is weaker in strength than the stay material (inner panel), deforms during shrinkage, resulting in poor appearance.
Furthermore, since the inner panel and the outer panel have different coefficients of thermal expansion, there is a drawback that the outer panel deforms due to changes in outside temperature.

In other words, this invention consists of an outer panel made of a lightweight composite material or aluminum material and an inner panel made of a steel material. The inner panel has a section that serves as a stiffener and is formed into a substantially channel-shaped cross section, and an unnecessary portion is formed. is punched out and bonded to the inner surface of the outer panel of the inner panel with adhesive. The joint part is formed by a flange part that continues integrally from both side edges of the stiffener channel cross section, and the joint part along the longitudinal direction of the flange part of the inner panel A bead is formed on the stiffener to obstruct the longitudinal direction of the stiffener.

In Figures 1 to 3, a lid 1 consists of an inner panel 2 made of stainless steel and an outer panel 3 made of a light composite material or aluminum. A stiffener 5 having a shape is formed and joins the inner panel 2 and the outer panel 3 by hemming the peripheral edge of the outer panel 3. In the illustrated example, four triangular punched parts 4 are formed, but the shape, number, arrangement, etc. can be changed in various ways. A flange portion 6 is integrally formed on the side of the stiffener 5 along its longitudinal direction, and the flange portion 6 has joint portions 7 at predetermined intervals.
is formed. A mastic sealer 8, which is an adhesive, is applied between this joint 7 and the outer panel 3.
The joint is made by intervening. Also, the joint part 7
A bead 9 is formed between the stiffener 5 and the flange portion 6 to block the longitudinal direction thereof.

ネル3が変形することは防止される。 In the above structure, since beads are formed between the joints, shrinkage stress and thermal expansion difference during curing of the adhesive are absorbed by expansion and contraction of the stiffener between the joints. Therefore, outer panel 3
Even if the strength of the inner panel 2 is weaker than that of the inner panel 2, the joint portion moves together with the outer panel 3, thereby preventing the outer panel 3 from deforming.

る。 As explained above, this idea forms a bead in the stiffener between the joints of the inner panel that blocks the longitudinal direction of the lid in which the outer panel is made of a light composite material or aluminum, and the shrinkage stress and thermal expansion difference are reduced at that part. The outer panel is designed to absorb this and prevent deformation of the outer panel.
