The present invention relates to a bulletin board, and more particularly to a bulletin board that is easy to insert and remove thumbtacks, has excellent holding power, and leaves no trace of the tacks after removal. Bulletin boards are commonly used as a means of communication when promoting and informing the public. The bulletin board can be posted in a variety of locations, including public facilities such as schools, stations, and government offices, as well as indoors and outdoors in buildings where the public enters and exits. Although notices vary depending on their purpose, they are generally posted for a short period of time and must be easy to install and remove because they are frequently installed and removed. Generally, the installation of these notices requires:
Thumbtacks, glue, adhesive tape, etc. are used, but the thumbtack is the most commonly used. However, the boards used in general bulletin boards are mainly made of relatively hard materials such as hardboard, asbestos board, and plywood, so when using thumbtacks, it is difficult to insert and remove the tacks. After the rivets are removed, rivet needle holes remain, which is undesirable. The bulletin board of the present invention relates to a bulletin board as described above, in which the tacks can be easily inserted and removed when the thumbtacks are attached to the board, and the holding force is excellent, and furthermore, no trace of the tack hole remains after removal. The present invention relates to a bulletin board equipped with a substrate made of a sheet containing a bituminous material, a rubber material, a synthetic resin, an inorganic filler, and a fibrous material as a backing material and a needle punch carpet as a surface material laminated thereon. . In addition to the plasticity of bituminous material, the sheet used for the backing material of the bulletin board according to the present invention is made of rubbery material,
By combining synthetic resin, inorganic filler, and fibrous material, it has appropriate hardness, viscoelasticity, and durability. The bituminous materials used in the present invention include natural asphalts such as rock asphalt and lake asphalt, and petroleum-based asphalts such as straight asphalt and blown asphalt. As the rubber material, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylic rubber, synthetic rubber such as neoprene rubber, recycled rubber, powdered rubber such as waste tires, etc. are used. As the synthetic resin, vinyl chloride resin, vinyl acetate resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin, polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, alkyd resin, petroleum resin, etc. are used. Inorganic fillers include chalk, stone powder, calcium carbonate such as kansui stone powder, hydrated magnesium silicate such as talc and talcum powder, fly ash, gypsum,
Perlite etc. are used. As the fibrous material, inorganic fibers such as asbestos, rock wool, and glass, natural fibers such as linen, cotton, and waste materials thereof, and synthetic fibers such as polyamide, polyester, and vinylon are used. The composition for obtaining the sheet used for the backing material in the present invention is 40 to 60 parts by weight of bituminous material, 10 to 20 parts by weight of rubber material, 10 parts by weight or less of synthetic resin, 30 to 50 parts by weight of inorganic filler, and The fibrous material preferably ranges from 10 to 20 parts by weight and the thickness of the sheet is 10 mm or less, preferably 4 to 6 mm. The backing material used in this invention is made by uniformly kneading and dispersing bituminous materials, rubber materials, synthetic resins, inorganic fillers, and fibrous materials using various masticators and kneaders, and then forming them into a sheet using an extruder. can get. As the batch type kneading machine, a kneading roll machine (mixing roll), an internal mixer (Bambari mixer), a double-arm kneader, etc. are used. For continuous kneading, a rotor-type continuous kneader, a screw-type kneader, etc. are used. Two or three calender rolls are used to form a sheet having a predetermined thickness and width. There are no restrictions on the sheet forming method. The needle-punched carpet used as the surface material in the present invention is a non-woven carpet made by punching chemical fibers such as polypropylene, acrylic, cotton, linen, etc. with needles and processing the back side with resin, and there are no restrictions on the material. General commercially available products have different external thicknesses depending on the thickness of the fibers and the length of the pile, but the material used for the surface material in this invention is made of fibers. Thin, short pile material is used, with a thickness of 10
mm or less, preferably 3 to 8 mm. The bulletin board board according to the present invention is obtained by laminating the above-described backing material and surface material. The backing material and the surface material are laminated by bonding them together using, for example, a rubber-based or synthetic resin-based adhesive, and if necessary, heat and pressure are applied to integrate them into a composite body. The thickness of the substrate is preferably 8 to 10 mm in consideration of the length of the rivets. The bulletin board of the present invention uses a substrate made of a laminated composite of a backing material and a surface material, so it is easy to insert and remove tacks when attaching thumbtacks, and has excellent holding power. It is a bulletin board that leaves no trace. This is achieved by combining the characteristics of the materials used for the backing material and the surface material. Since the backing material of the present invention has appropriate plasticity, hardness, viscoelasticity, and durability, it is easier to insert and remove rivets than the substrates used for general bulletin boards. In addition, the needle punch carpet used as the surface material has better durability against insertion of rivets than ordinary woven fabrics, and does not leave traces of rivet holes after the rivets are removed. This is because the durability of rivet insertion is achieved by punching with needles, which is a manufacturing feature of needle punch carpets. Furthermore, by using piles of appropriate length, no traces of the rivet holes remain after the rivets are removed. The holding power of the rivet needles is insufficient if each material is used alone, but it can be obtained by combining the two materials. For example, the above board is 900×1800mm, 900×
Cut into sizes of 1200 mm, 600 x 900 mm, and 400 x 600 mm, and use as is or as necessary, add a border frame made of wood, metal, plastic, etc. to the back and side edges to use as a bulletin board. In places such as kindergartens and elementary schools where there are many works on display, the interior surface can be used as a bulletin board at all times by attaching only this board to the indoor wall or surrounding interior surface. Next, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these. All parts marked as Naobun Chubu are by weight.
