- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光軸上に一列に配設したレンズと、該レン
ズの後方に配設した一次元ＣＣＤ素子と、該一次
元ＣＣＤ素子の前記レンズ側に配設させたガラス
面に付設した散乱光遮蔽スリツトと、一次元ＣＣ
Ｄ素子の端子に接続させた信号増幅回路とを有す
ることを特徴とする一次元ＣＣＤカメラ。 (2) 前記、信号増幅回路に二値化回路を接続し
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の一次元ＣＣＤカメラ。
