け取めるのほか、顎片pの引掛りによつて各面材
の捩り力に対しても充分に対抗し、非常に強固な
止着固定が行われて表面に於ける接合線に見苦し
い切れを生じさせたりすることの無いものであ
る。また本考案品では接着面の密度(接着面積)
が高いことから、従来品の如何なるものよりも強
固な接着が図られるのである。なお、本考案品で
は製作工程に於て接着剤塗布後硬化するまでの一
定時間を、上方へ製品の多数(50〜100組程度)
を積み重ねると共に、プレス機により同時に一定
圧力で押圧固定することが可能となることから、
場所をとらなくて製作が極めて容易であり、従来
のだぼぐみなどによる面倒な工数や固定手段を必
要としないで安価に製造できるのである。
