る。 [Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a panel joining structure, and its purpose is to facilitate the joining of panels to each other and omit joint treatment.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a panel joining structure that can simplify the structure of the panel itself. In the conventional panel connection, as shown in Fig. 1, panels 1 and 2 have notches that fit into the joint end faces of frame members 3 and 4, and when they are fitted, they are fixed with sewing nails 5. In order to perform cross pasting etc. on the inner surface of the panel, a joint treatment 9 is performed to fill and flatten the step 8 formed between the frame materials 3, 4 and the edges of the surface materials 6, 7 after fixing. This required a lot of time and effort for the joining process, and since the notches were formed in the frame members 3 and 4, the manufacturing operation of the panel itself was complicated. This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and one embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 shows an example of a member used for joining panels of this invention, and 10 is a T-shaped member consisting of a horizontal piece 11 and an upright piece 12;
A joint material layer 11a is applied to the outer surface of the piece 1, and a watertight material layer 11b is applied to the inner surface of the raised piece 12. It is divided into two parts. 15 is a wedge-shaped projection formed by punching out the horizontal piece 11, and 16 is a nail hole. To connect the panels using the joining member shown in FIG . 2, as shown in FIG.
As shown in Figure B, the protrusion 15 is attached to the frame material 1 of the panels 17 and 18.
9 and 20, and alternately bend the divided tips 13 of the upright piece 12 in opposite directions so that the frame members 19 and 20 are clamped between the horizontal piece 11. This is done by striking. At this time, the width and depth of the steps 22 and 23 formed on the front and back sides of the joints of the panels 17 and 18 are adjusted using the T-shaped member 10.
By making the width and thickness correspond to the width and thickness of the tips 13 of the horizontal piece 11 and the rising piece 12, the front and back surfaces of the panel after joining can be flattened, and joint treatment becomes unnecessary. Note that the protrusion 15 of the horizontal piece 11 in the above embodiment
Instead, a fixing device such as a nail may be used, and a similar protrusion may be formed on one side of the stand. Further, the watertight material layer 11b and the joint material layer 11a may be omitted or replaced with other material layers as necessary. As described above, the panel joining structure of this invention uses a joining member made of T-shaped members, and the ends of the T-shaped members divided by the notches are bent alternately to connect with the horizontal pieces. Since the panel ends are clamped between the panels, joining the panels is extremely easy, eliminating the need for joint preparation, and eliminating the need to create notches in the frame material of the panels to be joined. Since the rectangular single material itself can be used as the frame material, the manufacturing of the panel is also simplified, which is an excellent effect. Further, if the structure shown in the embodiment is adopted, it is possible to further improve the flatness of the panel surface after bonding, the water resistance and corrosion resistance of the bonded surface, the workability of connection, etc.
