As the passenger transport capacity increases year by year, the number of trains passing through the tracks is also increasing, and one way to prevent the safe lifespan of the tracks from decreasing is to replace the paralast. Palast is located on the roadbed and is an important part of supporting the track. However, if the repeated loads of passing trains cause mud to be sprayed from the roadbed, the durability of the roadbed will be significantly impaired, causing the track to go awry and resulting in safety issues. Not only will the palast be lost, but it will soon become distorted even after maintenance and repair, so it is necessary to replace the palast at an appropriate time. For this reason, trolleys have been used to transport the paralast, but trolleys are inefficient as the paralast must be replaced during a limited time at night when trains are not running. In other words, work efficiency is affected by the limited number of trolleys owned by railways, the loss of travel time from the station to the work site, and the loss of trolley schedules and personnel schedules such as conductors and drivers involved. There was a drawback that it was bad.

There was also a proposal published in Utility Model Publication No. 36-32324, in which the front wheels of a tricycle were mounted on a trolley with wheels for running on rails, and the tricycle was designed to run on the rails; Therefore, the structure cannot be applied to a truck for transporting paralast, and the purpose of the present invention could not be achieved. Furthermore, a track running truck was proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 54-143508, but it was not practical as it did not give any consideration to mounting the truck on the chassis of the truck bogie.

In view of the above-mentioned situation, the inventor of the present invention has constructed a track for the front wheels 2, 2 of a truck for transporting pallast, that is, a dump truck that can tilt the pallast loading platform to the left and right and rearward when the truck runs on an ordinary road. Fixed on the traveling trolley 1, rear wheels 4 of the truck,
4 was equipped with insulated tires 5, 5 to run on rails 19, and a device was devised to transport the pallast.
No. 50938, and the present invention is a further improvement of the invention.

In other words, the device devised in the above-mentioned utility model registration application had the practical disadvantage that the trolley would be quite large, making it difficult to place it on the bed of a truck by hand. However, the present invention has completely eliminated this drawback.

以下、本考案の実施例を図面につき説明する。 Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a truck on which the front wheels 2, 2 of a pallast transport truck are mounted for running on the track. A receiving part 8 for mounting the truck front wheels 2, 2 is provided near the rear part 9 of the mounted base plate 10, and a hanging tool is provided on the receiving part 8 to lift the rear part 9 of the base plate 10 to a rear position 21 thereof. An engaging body 22 is provided for detachably attaching 7. The hanging tool 7
is a flexible metal fitting with high tensile strength, such as a caterpillar type, wire ladder type, or chain net type. At the point where the platform 10 is moved upward by a predetermined height by dumping the cargo platform 33 upward, the second hook 37 of the hanging device 7 is moved to the second hook 3 of the truck palm 32.
5 to disengage the upper end hook 36 from the dump platform 33. Front part 2 of base plate 10
3 is provided with a locking portion 24 for locking the base plate 10 to the truck body 20. In the illustrated example, the locking portion 24 has a rectangular metal fitting 28 of a required length rotatably mounted on a frame 30 from the base plate 10 with a shaft 29, and when the trolley 1 is used, this is omitted. Rotate the drive shaft 32 upwards by 90 degrees and use the stop pin 31 to
(or its extension), but in addition to this method, a pantograph method can also be adopted. Furthermore, front truck wheel slippage prevention bodies 6, 6 are protrudingly provided at required positions on the right and left sides of the receiving portion 8 to prevent the front truck wheels 2, 2 from moving in the left and right direction. In the illustrated example, a cross-sectional steel material (see Figure 3) is used, on which the front wheels 2 of the truck are mounted. Therefore, the front position 25 of the receiving part 8
A stopper body 26 having a triangular cross section is protruded to prevent the front truck wheel 2 from moving forward, and the lower portion 27 of the hanging device 7 comes into contact with the front truck wheel 2 to prevent the front truck wheel 2 from moving backward. This also prevents the front truck wheels 2 from moving in the front-back direction due to dust.

The tire wheels 14 of the rear wheels 4, 4 of the parachute transport truck 20 are fitted with an insulating tire 5, which is made by bonding an insulating material 17 to the outer periphery of an annular rim 12 on the drum side circumference, and attaching a tire 11 to be ridden on a rail 19 to the outer periphery of the annular rim 12.
The connecting bolt 15 is used to connect the insulated tire 5 to the track wheels 3. When the connecting bolt 15 is used, cone rings 13, 13 are placed in front and behind the connecting bolt 15 to firmly connect the two wheels by utilizing the wedge action. 16 is a nut. The track wheels 3, 3 are insulated tires.
Reference numeral 8 denotes a handle, which is protruded from the cart 10.

In the present invention, as described above, (a) primary hooks 34 for lifting the lifting device 7 are provided at required locations on the tilting loading platform 33 of the truck 20; Upper hook 36 of ingredient 7
The truck shaft 32 is provided with a secondary hook 35 that locks the second hook 37 of the hanging tool when the platform 10 moves upward by a predetermined height by engaging the platform 33 and tilting the platform 33 upward. With this construction, they devised a track running device that was truly suitable for practical use for heavy-duty trucks called paralast transport, and were able to achieve a truly excellent track running device for paralast transport trucks. . This invention, of course, satisfies the railway's requirements, but its major feature is that it significantly reduces the weight of the bogie 1, making it easy to lift by input, making it easier to handle. has.
