ることが必要なのである。このためにトロリーが
バラスト運搬に使用されていたが、このバラスト
交換は列車走行の無い夜間の限られた時間内に行
うと云う実情上トロリーでは作業効率が悪いので
ある。即ち、鉄道所有のトロリーの台数に制限が
あること、駐留所から作業現場までの所要時間の
ロス、トロリーの予定とそれに関係する指揮車、
運転者等の人員予定のロス等のために作業効率が
悪いと云う欠点があつた。

ツチメント円盤体30を装着し、該アタツチメン
ト円盤体30に、前記のタイヤ5と同一形状寸法
のタイヤ5′を前記タイヤホイール14と同一形
状寸法のホイール体14′を介して装着し得るよ
うにし、而かも前記アタツチメント円盤体30の
外径は該ホイール体14′内に挿入し得る寸法と
なすものである。
