This type of contact opening/closing device is employed in various electrical devices, and its conventional structure will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. In other words, 1 in the figure
is a contact plate, which is fixed at one end and has a movable contact 2 at the other free end. A mounting hole 3 is formed in the middle of the contact plate 1 along the longitudinal direction, and a toggle spring 4 and a floating piece 5 are mounted in series in the mounting hole 3. The toggle spring 4 is formed, for example, in the shape of an Ω, and the floating piece 5 is formed in the shape of a flat plate having V grooves at both ends. One end of the toggle spring 4 is attached to the mounting hole 3.
One end of the floating piece 5 abuts and engages with the other end of the mounting hole 3, and the other ends of the toggle spring 4 and the floating piece 5 abut and engage with each other.

Now, in the state shown in FIG. 1, the floating piece 5 is held above the contact plate 1 by the elastic force of the toggle spring 4, and the elastic force of the toggle spring 4 is applied to the contact plate 1 via the floating piece 5. Therefore, the movable contact 2 is held in a state where it is separated from the fixed contact 6 provided opposite thereto. When the floating piece 5 is pressed downward against the elastic force of the toggle spring 4 from this state, the toggle spring 4 is gradually displaced together with the floating piece 5. When the toggle spring 4 passes the neutral point, it changes its direction and the floating piece 5
is shifted to the lower side of the contact plate 1, and the elastic force of the toggle spring 4 acts to push up the contact plate 1, and as a result, as shown in FIG. is connected to the fixed contact 6.

However, at this time, due to the collision force of the movable contact 2 against the fixed contact 6, the contact plate 1 swings around the abutting part a with the floating piece 5 as a fulcrum, that is, bouncing occurs, and as a result, both the contacts 2, There was a drawback that sparks were generated between the contacts 2 and 6, causing early wear and tear on the contacts 2 and 6, and also causing radio wave interference.

This invention was made with attention to these points, and its purpose is to open and close a contact that can reliably prevent the occurrence of bouncing using a simple structure that uses floating pieces. The goal is to provide equipment.

This invention will be explained below based on an embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In this embodiment, the same parts and members as those in the conventional structure shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed explanation thereof will be omitted.

A restraining tongue piece 7 is integrally provided on one end of the floating piece 5 and below the contact plate 1 in a protruding manner. This restraining tongue piece 7 extends along the longitudinal direction of the contact plate 1, and its extended end reaches close to the movable contact 2.

According to such a configuration, from the contact open state in which the movable contact 2 and the fixed contact 6 do not open as shown in FIG. When the movable contact 2 moves downward and joins the fixed contact 6, the tip of the holding tongue piece 7 comes into contact with the contact plate 1 in the vicinity of the movable contact 2 as the floating piece 5 moves and the contact plate 1 contacts the contact plate 1 near the movable contact 2. Press plate 1. Therefore, the movement of the movable contact on the free end side of the contact plate 1 is suppressed by the holding tongue piece 7 of the floating piece 5, so that the contact plate 1 does not swing as in the conventional case, and in other words, bouncing is prevented. Therefore, the movable contact 2 can be accurately joined to the fixed contact 6, and the generation of sparks can be reliably suppressed.

As explained above, this invention includes a floating piece provided on a contact plate with a holding tongue piece extending from one side of the contact plate and extending to the vicinity of the movable contact.
The tip of this holding tongue is brought into contact with the contact plate as the floating piece moves from one side of the contact plate to the other, so that the movable contact moves when the contact closes. It is characterized by suppressing
Therefore, it is possible to prevent bouncing when the contacts are connected, and to reliably suppress the generation of sparks, which has the practical effect of being able to eliminate early wear and tear of the contacts and the induction of radio wave interference.
