DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a ski molding method that improves the bonding means for the upper and lower ski surface components, which are integrated at the same time as the core is molded by a mold, and includes: The surface material such as the decorative surface board or sole board that makes up the core and the hardened fiber-reinforced plastic (abbreviated as FRP) are bonded to each other using the adhesive force of the liquid foamable synthetic resin that comes with the molding of the core. This is intended to improve moldability, productivity, and quality.

Conventionally, this type of ski has been used, that is, a sander ski in which ski surface components made of FRP and a surface material such as a surface decorative board or sole plate are bonded and integrated on the upper and lower surfaces of a core made of foamed synthetic resin. In forming skis with a structure, for example, hardened FRP obtained by pultrusion is used.
The upper and lower surfaces of the ski are made of a pre-integrated composite material, either by bonding the FRP molding prepreg and the surface material in an uncured state, or by hot pressing and bonding the uncured prepreg for FRP molding and the surface material. If necessary, place it in a desired mold together with other constituent members such as the top edge, sole edge, side plate, etc., and inject liquid foamable synthetic resin into the core space between the upper and lower surface constituent members to foam and harden. Therefore, there is a method in which the ski surface constituent members are bonded and integrated at the same time as the core is foam-molded.

However, such conventional molding methods require a separate adhesion process by composite molding of the upper and lower ski surface components, or a heat-pressing process.
Not only is productivity poor, but even when high-quality pultruded FRP is used, the heat and pressure conditions are limited by the surface material, that is, the material of the decorative surface board or sole plate, which affects the quality of the FRP. There were various disadvantages such as difficulty in maintaining the system.

As shown in FIG. 1, numeral 1 in the figure is a ski obtained by a molding method described later. This ski 1 has a core 2 made of foamed synthetic resin on the top surface.
A ski upper surface component is formed by laminating an upper surface FRP 3 and a surface decorative board 4 made of ABS resin or the like via a foamed synthetic resin layer 5, and a lower surface FRP 6 and a sole plate 7 made of polyethylene resin or the like are foam-synthesized on the lower surface thereof. It has a cross-sectional structure in which the underski surface component formed by laminating the resin layer 8 is integrally bonded, and each of the above-mentioned FRPs 3 and 6 has a bonding structure with the surface material of the decorative surface board 4 or the sole board 7. It is embedded between the foamed synthetic resin material layers formed by the intervening layers 5 and 8 and the core body 2. Note that 9 in the figure is the sole edge.

In order to mold the ski 1, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a desired mold 10 is used.
Inside, one or both of the combination of the decorative surface board 4 and the hardened upper FRP 3 and the combination of the sole plate 7 and the hardened lower FRP 6 are positioned apart from each other via spacers 11 and 12, and While disposed together with the sole edge 9, the core space 10a, which is the core molding part, is communicated with the gaps 10b and 10c between the surface decorative board 4 or the surface material of the sole board 7 and the FRPs 3 and 6, and the mold is clamped. do (second
(see figure). Then, at the same time, a liquid foamable synthetic resin 13 such as a polyurethane resin is injected into the core space 10a in the mold 10, and at the same time, the liquid foamable synthetic resin 13 is injected into the void 10b between the surface materials 4, 7 and the FRP 3, 6. , 10c as well and foamed and hardened (3rd
(see figure), the above-mentioned surface material and FRP are bonded together at the same time as the core is foam-molded by the adhesive force generated when the liquid foamable synthetic resin is cured, and the whole is integrated.

Therefore, according to the above molding method, when the core is foam-molded using a mold, the surface material constituting both the upper and lower surface components of the ski and both or one of the top and bottom of the FRP are spaced apart from each other in advance in the mold. The two members are bonded together by injecting a liquid foamable synthetic resin for core molding into the gap between the two members and foaming and hardening. Adhesion or heat-pressing processes can be omitted, productivity can be increased, and
FRP is a high-quality material that has been cured and molded regardless of the heat resistance, pressure resistance, and other molding conditions of the surface material, making it possible to obtain skis with improved FRP properties.
