にある。 In such a transmission monitoring method, the output of the transmission amplifier 2 is monitored by the transmission monitor circuit 3, so that the received signal input via the isolation transformer 7 and the line filter 6 is divided by the hybrid circuit 5. , is also applied to the transmission monitor circuit 3. On the other hand, the impression level of the transmission monitor 3 is set to, for example, 10 dB down, which reduces the transmission power to 1/3, in order to detect not only a complete cutoff of the transmission output, but also a decrease in the transmission power due to some kind of failure. Therefore, when the reception input level applied to the transmission monitor circuit 3 is equal to or higher than the impression level of the transmission monitor circuit 3, the transmission circuit 1,
If a failure occurs in the transmission amplifier 2 and the transmission level decreases, it cannot be detected because of the received signal, and it has the disadvantage that it does not function as a transmission monitor for monitoring the transmission output. In order to solve these drawbacks, the present invention provides a transmission monitor that adds a hybrid circuit to the output side of the transmission amplifier and can monitor the transmission output regardless of the reception input level.

The transmission signal divided by the hybrid circuit 8 is applied to the input terminals of the transmission monitor circuit 3 and the hybrid circuit 5, respectively. The output signal of this hybrid circuit 5 is sent to the line via a line filter 6 and an isolation transformer 7. On the other hand, the received signal input via the isolation transformer 7 and the line filter 6 is divided by the hybrid circuit 5.
It is applied to the receiving circuit 4 and also to the hybrid circuit 8. The received signals further divided by this hybrid circuit 8 are applied to a transmission amplifier 2 and a transmission monitor circuit 3, respectively. Here, if the attenuation of the received signal divided in the direction of the transmission monitor circuit 3 by the hybrid circuit 8 is set to a value sufficiently larger than the attenuation of the transmitted signal divided in the same way, the attenuation of the received signal divided in the direction of the transmission monitor circuit 3 can be A transmission monitor that can monitor the output of the transmission signal becomes possible. Note that the hybrid circuit 8 can obtain the same result whether it is configured by a transformer or a semiconductor integrated circuit.
