Abstract

PURPOSE:To hold a painting carriage body along a wall surface without floating the same from the wall surface by disposing many supporting frames connected with slide frames having magnet rollers at the top ends to the lower side of the carriage body. CONSTITUTION:The supporting frames 21 are arrayed in the lateral direction and are provided in many stages in the vertical direction to the wall surface side of the lower half of the carriage body of the carriage for painting the wall surface consisting of large corrugated panels in such a manner that the frames are normally supported in the horizontal state. The slide frames 23 mounted with the magnet rollers 25 at the top ends are connected to the frames 21. Then, the supporting frames fall and stride over the mounting bolts which fasten the large corrugated panels when the magnet rollers contact said mounting bolts. Uniform painting is thus executed.

An example of a conventional coating machine is, for example, JP-A-53-1
As stated in the 240 @ bulletin, a hoisting machine is mounted on a trolley that is movable on the roof of a building, and an automatic painting machine equipped with a cleaning brush and a paint spraying device is installed on the rooftop hoisting machine. Gondolas can be moved up and down using a trolley and moved left and right using a trolley to perform wall painting work, or a leader can be set up along the wall of a building using a crane, etc., and the gondola can be moved up and down along the leader. In addition, the gondola is equipped with an automatic paint machine equipped with a cleaning brush and paint spraying device, and a wire is hung from the hoist installed at the bottom end of the leader to the gondola via the top of the leader. , etc.

First, in the system described in JP-A No. 53-1240, the automatic coating machine is simply suspended by a hoist installed on the roof, so there is no special device to guide the automatic coating machine in its elevation. The automatic coating machine cannot be automatically shifted in a direction away from the building's external wall because it is always pressed against the building's external wall due to its center of gravity with respect to vertical surfaces. Furthermore, because the cart carrying the hoisting machine is placed on the roof of the building and moved, it cannot be carried out unless the building has a structure that allows the cart to be placed on the top of the wall. Cannot be used on building walls. In addition, in the system where the gondola is placed along the leader, the leader is indispensable in order to apply a reaction force to the brush of the automatic painting machine by pressing it against the vertical wall surface.

Recently, we have developed a system that allows the painting carriage to move up and down along the vertical wall of a building with a sloped roof without using a support such as a leader, by obtaining the pressure force against the wall surface and the reaction force during work. Things are being thought of. That is,
One possible configuration is a painting carriage equipped with a paint spraying device equipped with magnetic caterpillars, which are attached to the wall of a building, and the painting carriage is supported on the top of an aerial work vehicle via a wire rope. An application has been filed.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the case of the wall surface of a building on which the large wave panel is applied, which is the object of the present invention, many mounting bolts for attaching the large wave panel protrude from the surface. Therefore, if a paint carriage with a caterpillar running section is applied to a painting machine that coats large wave panel surfaces, there is a risk that the caterpillars will interfere with the mounting bolts, causing the caterpillars to lift up or the mounting bolts to bend. As a result, there may be a problem that some areas may be insufficiently coated.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a large wave panel that is moved up and down along the wall surface attached to the surface, and that paint is applied to approximately the upper half of the panel toward the wall surface. A slide frame with a rotatable magnetic roller at the tip is telescopically connected via a compression spring to the central part of the wall side of the lower half of the main body of the paint sprayer, where the paint spray gun is installed to ensure spraying. A large number of supporting frames are arranged in parallel and in multiple stages so as to be able to rotate freely in the vertical direction and always be restored to a horizontal state.

Function: Each magnet roller is pushed away from the paint removal body along with the slide frame by a compression spring interposed between the support frame and the slide frame, so it can be reliably attracted to the wall surface and will not protrude from the wall surface. If an appropriate magnetic roller interferes with the large wave panel mounting bolt, the support frame will rotate backward in the direction of movement and escape as the carriage body moves, making it difficult for the magnetic roller to easily climb over the mounting bolt and move forward. During this time, the plurality of magnetic rollers are attracted to the wall surface, so the carriage body is placed along the wall surface without lifting off from the wall surface.

The feature of the present invention resides in the portion of the substantially lower half of the painting carriage body 1 on the wall large wave panel 14 side. That is, the frame 15 is attached to the center of the wall large wave panel 14 side of the lower half of the painting carriage body 1 with bolts using the bolt insertion holes 16.
A plurality of pins 18 arranged horizontally and supported by the frame 15 are loosely fitted into a plurality of brackets 17 arranged on the surface of the frame 15 and extending in the vertical direction.
Each bracket 17 is supported on the upper end of each bracket 17, and a threaded bolt 19 is passed through at least the upper end of each bracket 17, and a nut 20 screwed onto the threaded bolt 19 is positioned so as to sandwich each bracket 17. By appropriately shifting the brackets 20, the positions of the brackets 17 can be changed in the left-right direction, and the intervals between the brackets 17 can be changed as necessary. A plurality of support frames 21 for magnetic rollers are installed between each of the brackets 17 and at positions in the vertical direction that do not interfere with the pins 18 as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.
As shown in the figure, each stage is arranged at the same constant interval (this interval corresponds to the wave of the large wave panel 14 as shown in Figure 3), and the bracket 1 is connected to the horizontally extending pin 22 as shown in Figure 6.
7 so that each support frame 21 can rotate vertically about the pin 22 as a fulcrum.

A slide frame 23 is slidably inserted into each of the support frames 21 from the distal end side so as not to be handled easily, and the elasticity of a compression spring 24 interposed between the slide frame 23 and the support frame 21 allows the slide frame 23 to be inserted at all times. A magnet roller 25 is rotatably attached to the tip of the slide frame 23 so that the slide frame 23 receives a force in the direction in which it is pushed out. A tension spring 26 is interposed between the end of the support frame 21 and each pin 18 located above and below, and the end of the support frame 21 is constantly tensioned by the upper and lower springs 26. The horizontal state is maintained, and when the magnet roller 25 interferes with the mounting bolt 27 for stopping the large wave panel 14, the support frame 21 is moved against the tension spring 26 by the moving force of the painting carriage body 1. can be rotated about the pin 22 as a fulcrum as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the painting carriage of the present invention, the painting carriage, which is moved up and down along the wall of the building, is always kept horizontally at the center of the lower half of the painting carriage on the wall side. A plurality of supporting frames are arranged in the horizontal direction and provided in multiple stages in the vertical direction, and each of these supporting frames is provided with a
A slide frame with a magnetic roller attached to the tip is connected so that it is always pushed toward the tip, and if the magnetic roller hits the mounting bolt that holds the large wave panel, the support frame will fall and the mounting bolt will be pushed. Since it is designed to be able to cross over, it can be used for painting work where many mounting bolts protrude from the surface of a building wall with large wave panels.
Only the magnetic roller that hit the mounting bolt can easily overcome the mounting bolt, and during this time other Since many magnetic rollers are attracted to the large wave panel, it does not interfere with the installation work.
Further, since a large number of magnetic rollers are attached, excellent effects such as a large attraction force can be achieved.
