2. Description of the Related Art Recently, when performing work at a high place such as cleaning the wall of a building or painting with a gondola, especially in a high-rise building, the suspended gondola sways or falls due to strong winds or the like. As a result, there are many accidents such as damage to buildings and workers falling. Therefore, various safety measures have been taken to stabilize the posture of the gondola as much as possible and prevent such accidents. For example, as a conventional device for stably holding the attitude of such a gondola, FIG.
~ There are those shown in FIG. In the structure shown in FIG. 3, an appropriate number of blowers 2 are attached to the gondola 1, and the blower 2 is rotated to blow air in the direction opposite to the wall surface, and the gondola 1 is pressed toward the wall surface by its reaction. In the figure, 3 is a suspension wire for a gondola, 4 is a control cable, and 5 is a control panel. Next, in the one shown in FIG. 4, an adsorption crawler 6 is mounted on the side surface of the gondola 1 while the belt is vacuum adsorbed on the wall surface and rotates between the rotors.
The attitude of the gondola is stabilized by causing the la 6 to travel by suction on the wall surface H. Furthermore, FIG.
The guide rail 7 is laid on the wall surface of the building in advance, the wheels 8 attached to the gondola are fitted to the guide rail 7, and the gondola 1 is run along the guide rail 7 to move the gondola. It is intended to be stable.

However, such conventional devices have the following problems, respectively, and are not necessarily suitable as a stable holding device for a gondola. That is, FIG.
The blower is very unpleasant in terms of environmental hygiene because the blower has a very large rotation noise, which causes noise pollution and sometimes causes hearing loss of workers, and scatters paint and dust. Furthermore, if the posture is a little, it becomes unstable. Next, although it can be said that the suction crawler of FIG. 4 is excellent in stability of posture, since the crawler ascends and descends while being vacuum adsorbed on the wall surface, the wall surface H has a convex portion such as a window frame or eaves or When there are recesses such as cracks, it is impossible to stably get over these obstacles, so that there is an inconvenience that the place of use is limited to a wall surface without these obstacles. Furthermore, the guide rail of FIG.
Similarly, the stability of the posture is excellent, but if it is inconvenient that the guide rail is laid in advance, its use is limited to the existing building where it is laid. No, in this case the guide rail
There is an uneconomical aspect in that the installation cost of the equipment is enormous because it requires very precise technology for laying it. The present invention solves various problems included in such prior art,
With a simple structure and low construction cost, the gondola can be prevented from rolling and falling due to the influence of wind, etc., and the gondola can be smoothly moved up and down regardless of the presence of obstacles such as irregularities on the wall surface. An object of the present invention is to provide a stable holding device for a gondola that can be easily implemented at any place.

[Operation] When performing high-level work such as cleaning or painting on the wall surface of a building, the rods of the cylinders, which are respectively arranged on the side frame of the gondola and the frame frame above the gondola, are extended to an appropriate length. Since the suction pad at the tip of the gondola is sucked onto the wall surface H or the like, the gondola is held in a stable posture with respect to the wall surface H or the like without being affected by wind or the like. Next, when raising the gondola from this position,
First, the suction of the suction pad at the tip of the rod of the cylinder, which is arranged on the frame frame located above the gondola and above it, is removed from the wall surface to shorten the rod, and then the frame frame is moved to the predetermined position. Winding machine and suspension wire to position
Then, the rod of the cylinder is extended and the suction pad is sucked onto the wall surface. Even when the suction pad is disengaged from the wall when the frame is lifted, the suction pad at the rod tip of the cylinder mounted on the gondola is sucked on the wall and the movement of the frame is prevented. Wire
Since the guide wire is regulated by the suspension wire of the gondola through the guide, the frame frame can be raised stably.
Then, after removing the adsorption of the rod tip of the cylinder arranged in the gondola to the wall surface of the adsorption pad and shortening the rod, the gondola is raised to a predetermined position through the winding machine and the suspension wire, and the cylinder is moved. -The rod of-is extended and the adsorption pad is adsorbed on the wall surface. At this time, even if the suction on the wall surface of the gondola is released, the frame frame that has already been raised is adsorbed on the wall surface, and the movement of the suspension wire of the gondola is transferred to the wire guide fixed to the frame frame. Since the guide is regulated, the gondola will rise stably. This series of operations is repeated in sequence to raise the gondola and perform work in high places. On the other hand, when lowering the gondola, conversely to the above operation, first with the suction pad of the frame frame adsorbed on the wall surface, the gondola is first removed from the adsorption of the wall surface and lowered to a predetermined position. May be adsorbed on the wall surface, then the frame frame may be removed from the adsorption on the wall surface and lowered to a predetermined position to adsorb the adsorption pad on the wall surface, and this operation may be sequentially repeated. Actually, the gondola and the frame frame
The lifting and lowering operations of the cylinders and the expansion and contraction operations of the cylinders are performed by a computer-controlled program through a gondola or an operation panel arranged on the ground or on the roof. At that time, the distance between the gondola and the wall surface is properly detected by the distance sensor installed in the gondola so that the posture of the gondola is always kept parallel to the vertical plane regardless of the inclination of the wall surface. Based on this, the expansion / contraction length of each cylinder is controlled.

As described in the above section of the operation, the gondola 1 and the frame frame 18 are operated during high-altitude work such as cleaning and painting.
Both are cylinders-16,22 and suction pads 17,21
Since it is strongly adsorbed to the wall surface H via the gondola 1, the gondola 1 is stably held without being affected by wind or the like, and the work can be performed safely. When the gondola 1 is moved up and down, as described above, one of the gondola 1 and the frame frame 18 is adsorbed on the wall surface while the other is removed from the wall surface adsorbed and moved up and down by a predetermined distance. The operation of adsorbing it to the wall surface after moving up and down and then adsorbing the previously adsorbed state and then moving up and down for a predetermined distance in the detached state to adsorb it is sequentially repeated. Therefore, even if the wall surface H has the projection T of FIG. 1 or an obstacle in a concavo-convex state such as a crack or a groove,
The gondola and frame frame can be easily climbed over this without difficulty. In addition, when moving up and down, either the gondola or the frame frame is always adsorbed to the wall surface, and the one that moves up and down after detaching from the wall surface is the insertion wire between the hanging wire-3 and the wire guide 23. Since the movement is guided and regulated depending on the situation, the lifting and lowering can be performed stably.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it solves the problems of the above-mentioned conventional technique and has the following effects. a. Both the gondola and the framework frame are adsorbed to the wall through the cylinder and the suction pad when working on a wall at a high place, and when moving up and down along the wall, the gondola or the framework frame is moved. One of the gondolas (frame frame) is always affected by wind, etc. because one of them is adsorbed on the wall surface and the movement of the up and down movement is regulated by the insertion engagement of the wire guide and the hanging wire. Accordingly, there is no risk of rolling or overturning, the work piece is stably held, and it is possible to safely perform work at height on the wall surface. b. The gondola and the frame frame are not moved up and down along the wall surface like an adsorption crawler, but one is adsorbed and the other is separated from the wall surface. Regardless of its existence, it can be smoothly and easily overcome and moved, and since there is no need for special equipment such as guide rails, it can be used easily regardless of where the gondola is installed. c. Compared to the case where guide rails are laid on the wall surface in advance, the entire structure is extremely simple, and the installation cost is low and it is economical. d. It is suitable for use because there is no risk of noise pollution or dust pollution as in the case of using a blower. e. It can be easily installed even on a gondola already installed on the wall of the building. f. Since the gondola is adsorbed on the wall surface and stably held and can work in high places, it is possible to mount an automatic cleaning robot, an automatic wall surface inspection robot, etc., and it is also possible to unmanned the gondola. g. As shown in the embodiment, when the program control by the distance sensor and the computer is used, the gondola can be always held parallel to the vertical plane regardless of the inclination of the wall surface, etc. It is more suitable for safety measures.
