3. Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an indwelling catheter used for blood transfusion, infusion, etc. to non-infectious cases. (Prior Art) Conventionally, as a means for fixing a catheter made of coarse or non-adhesive synthetic resin such as Teflon to the needle base of this birch indwelling catheter, a molding mold was used at one end of the catheter a as shown in the figure. 7. Form an outwardly protruding collar integrally on the catheter a by melting it in a heating bath using a heating bath. A needle base material is injected from the outside into the catheter a and the collar to form a needle base C. It is said that a catheter a is externally fitted and fixed on the inner surface of an infusion channel d of a needle base C. However, in such a configuration, a heating molding device is required to integrally mold the hook at one end of the catheter a by melting it in a heating bath, and the workability is poor.
In the case of Teflon, the resin material is heated and melted at melting temperature and molded, which can induce thermal deterioration and reduce the strength of the material, and in the case of polytetrafluoroethylene (P'rFB), the collar is molded. Therefore, when the resin material is melted with 7JO heat, there is a problem that it gets burnt and cannot be molded.6'! As shown in the fourth figure, one end of the catheter a is pushed open to form a trumpet-shaped i? ! form a rise, and insert the catheter a into the needle base f.
and insert the base tae of catheter a into the needle base f.
There is said to be a structure in which a clamp is secured between the inner surface of the cylinder insertion hole g and the stator rod inserted into the cylinder insertion hole g. However, in such a configuration, since only the end set of the catheter a is held between the cylinder insertion hole g and the stator rest, there arises a problem that the catheter a may be pulled out from the needle base f. (Problems to be Solved) The present invention seeks to eliminate such conventional problems and provide an indwelling catheter in which a catheter made of I@ or non-adhesive synthetic resin such as Teflon is securely inserted and fixed into the needle base. It is something to do. (Means for Solving the Problems) The invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and includes a vinyl chloride material having a cylinder insertion hole in the base. A catheter made of a synthetic resin with good adhesive properties such as styrene has a through hole slightly connected to the cylinder insertion hole at the end of the needle base made of a synthetic resin with good adhesive properties such as styrene, and a catheter made of a synthetic resin with poor or non-adhesive properties such as Teflon inside the through hole. The catheter is characterized in that the base of the catheter is provided with a laminated collar by folding the base outward. (Example) The invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example of implementing the invention. In the drawing, (1) is a needle base made of a synthetic resin with good adhesion, preferably vinyl chloride, resin, ABS4M resin, styrene resin, etc., and (2) is a synthetic resin with poor or non-adhesive properties.

[2〈 indicates a catheter made of Teflon, polyfluoroethylene, etc. The needle hub (1) is connected to a cylinder insertion hole (5) having a tapered hole (4) at its base (3) and to a tapered hole (4) of the cylinder insertion hole (5) at its tip 5 (6). A through hole (7) is provided. ! The attached catheter (2) has its base @ (Il+ connected to its base (3)
) is folded outward to provide a laminated collar (9), and in the illustrated example, the collar (9) has four layers. In the illustrated example, the through hole of the needle base (1) (7) When the base (8) of the catheter (2) is inserted into the needle base (1)
The tapered hole (4) of the cylinder insertion hole (5) and the liquid passage hole (2a) of the catheter (2) are communicated, and the circular surface of the through hole (7) and the outer surface of the catheter (2) are connected. Between walls 0
0 is formed. Furthermore, the space 0α was filled with an adhesive G1) made of, for example, an epoxy resin and solidified. With the configuration as described above, the base of the catheter (2) (
8) can be provided with a laminated flange (9) by folding its base (8) outward; therefore, it is not necessary to heat and melt one end of the catheter to form the flange as in the past. Since there is no need to use a molding device, the collar can be formed efficiently. The collar (9) provided at the base (8) of the primary catheter (2) is laminated without adhering to each other, so when the catheter (2) is pulled, the collar (9) provided at the base (8) of the catheter (2)
) The laminated part of the flange (9) provided on the flange (9) expands like an anchor and catches on the rear end (lla) of the adhesive (11), that is, the needle base (1), and the catheter (2) is pulled out from the needle base (1). The catheter (2) can be securely inserted and fixed into the needle base (1) without falling. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the flange (9) provided on the base s(8) of the catheter (2) has four layers, but as shown in FIG. 2, the flange (9) has two layers. Also, the lamination of the collar (9) can be selected as appropriate depending on the inner diameter of the through hole (7) of the needle base (1) and the thickness of the catheter (2) to be inserted into the through hole (7). Further, as shown in the illustrated example, the space Q□ between the inner surface of the through hole (7) of the needle base (1) and the outer surface of the catheter (2) is filled and solidified.
Since the C adhesive qυ is integrated with the needle base (1) and adhered in such a way that it cannot be removed from the through hole (7), the laminated collar ( 9) Attach the needle base (1)
It will be caught between the adhesive and the adhesive. In the above embodiment, the base of the catheter (2) is inserted into the through hole (7) of the needle base (1), and the fixing foot means is inserted into the space (between the inner surface of the through hole (7) and the outer surface of the catheter (2)). The adhesive was filled and solidified at a temperature of 10°C, but the catheter (2
) and the laminated collar (9) may be formed by insert-molding a needle base material from the outside. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, since the base of the catheter is provided with a flange having an I-shape by folding the base outward, one flange is formed by melting in a heating bath as in the conventional method. The flange can be efficiently provided at the base of the catheter without using a heat molding device to make the flange, and when the catheter is pulled, the flange at the base of the catheter can be folded back without adhering to each other. The needle base will spread out and catch on the needle base like an anchor, preventing the catheter from falling out of the needle base. This has the effect of providing an indwelling catheter in which the base portion of the catheter made of a synthetic resin can be securely inserted and fixed.
