に加熱成型装置を必要とし、かつ作業性が悪く、テフロ
ンの場合は樹脂材を溶融温度で加熱溶融し成形するため
に熱劣化を誘発して素材強度を低下することがあり、更
にポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)の場合は鍔bを
成形するために樹脂材を加熱溶融させたとき黒く焼け焦
げて成形出来ない問題がある。また第4図示のようにカ
テーテルaの一端を押し拡げてラツパ状の基部eを形成
し、カテーテルaを針基fの先端部に挿着し、カテーテ
ルaの基部eを針基fのシリンダ挿着孔gの内面とこれ
に挿着した固定子hとの間に挾持固定したものが知られ
ている。

化ビニール等の良接着性の合成樹脂から成る針基に、テ
フロン等の難又は非接着性の合成樹脂から成るカテーテ
ルの基部を確実に挿着固定することが出来る留置カテー
テルを提供するの効果がある。
