Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a cleaning liquid flowing down an internal wall from being splashed out of a main body of a device under the operation of a blower just after a completion of cleaning step by a method wherein, a time limiting means is provided for assuring a specified time delay until the blower is started to operate after a pump for injecting the cleaning liquid from a cleaning nozzle is stopped. CONSTITUTION:When a cleaning is performed for a specified period of time through timer means in a microcomputer 11, a pump 5 is stopped, an informing means such as a lamp is turned OFF with a delay time in which neither the pump 5 nor the blower 8 is operated for a specified period of time through a time limiting means in the computer 11 and through a time limiting means in the computer 11 and then a cleaning step is complete. プ5により吸い上げられ洗浄ノズル4から噴出される。

間ポンプ5も送風機8も運動しない遅延時間があった後
ランプ等の報知手段がOFFされた後、排気スイッチ1
2が閉じられ送風機8が駆動される。
