PURPOSE:To prevent a smoke exhausting device from disablement of discharging waste water or from being kept always at discharging state of the waste water and to obtain a device useful in general family where water discharging time is usually short by using a device capable of executing cleaning with cleaning liquid stored in a cleaning liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:When a ventillation fan 20 is driven, smoke is sucked from a gas sucking port 21 to the inside of a flue 23 of a main body 19 of a smoke exhausting device, and oil component collides with a buffle plate 22 and the flue causing deposition thereto. The air freed of almost all of the oil component is discharged through a ventillation fan 20 to the outside from a gas discharging port. 行なわれなくなったり、排水通路と弁18の間に今述べ
たちりやほこり、油脂分といった異物が詰まり排水され
つげなしになるといった問題が発生した。

何回か行ない、洗浄液の効力がなくなると、・給水弁2
9が開き給水が行なわれ、洗浄タンク26に設けられた
逆U字形パイプ33の上端に水位が達すると給水弁27
が閉じ給水が停止される。この時、洗浄タンク25と排
水管32が洗浄液で連通状態となり、後はサイフオン作
用により、略逆U字形パイプ33の洗浄タンク26底部
の開放端に達するまで排水が行なわれる。こうして排水
が終わると再び、水と洗剤が洗浄タンク2oに供給され
