洗剤液で洗浄する為、付着した油脂が時間の経過によっ
て硬化した場合や堆積した場合は充分洗浄できないとい
う問題点があった。

壁やバッフル板8に油脂が付着したまま洗浄をせずに放
置されたときに油脂の堆積量が増えたり、更には油脂が
硬化したりするが、この場合でも、バッフル板8はヒー
タ11で加熱され、その熱で油脂は軟化するとともに洗
剤液も加熱されて堆積、硬化した油脂を容易に洗浄して
取り除くことができる0尚、上記実施例においてヒータ
11は複数のパンフル板8のそれぞれに配設して説明し
だが、吸気口4に最も近いパンフル板は最も油脂が付着
しやすいので、このバッフル板のみにヒーターを配設し
たものでも油脂a洗浄に有効な効果を奏することができ
る。
