ドーム内の蒸気が凝縮してドレンとなり、このド
レンが加硫用ブラダの上部に溜まり、つぎのグリ
ーンタイヤの加硫時にグリーンタイヤとブラダ間
に洩れ落ち、不良タイヤ生産の一因となるため、
ドレンを外部に排出する必要がある。このような
ドレン排出装置は、従来から種々提案されている
が、いずれの場合も構造が複雑であるばかりでな
く、タイヤ加流中にドーム内蒸気がドレンととも
に流出するという欠点を有していた。そこで、出
願人は上記欠点を解消するものとして、実願昭49
−104422号(実公昭53−12787号)を提案した。
しかし、この装置では、中心シリンダのロツド内
に設けられたドレン抜き盲孔の下端にドレン抜き
管路を接続した構成となつているため、大きなブ
ラダを用いる場合は、中心シリンダが長くなり深
いピツトを掘る必要が生じる欠点があつた。

て設けられ、前記ロツドのドレン抜き盲孔に連通
するドレン抜き通路とによりドレン排出通路を形
成すると共に前記上リング及びブラダ押えに設け
られた前記ドレン抜き通路にタイヤ加流時のみ同
通路を開く手段を設けたことを特徴とし、その目
的とするところはタイヤ加流機基礎ピツトを小さ
くできるタイヤ加流機のドレン排出装置を提供し
ようとするものである。

設けられた軸方向のドレン抜き盲孔、22は下リ
ング16に設けられたドレン抜き通路で、このド
レン抜き通路22には図示していないドレントラ
ツプを有するドレン抜き管路23が接続されてい
る。24はドレン抜き盲孔21の下端に設けら
れ、タイヤ加流時のロツド位置でのみドレン抜き
通路22に連通する口穴、25はスクレーパ、2

はVパツキン、29はUパツキン、30はアダプ
タ、31はスペーサ、32はC形止め輪、33は
ブラダ押え19に設けられたドレン抜き孔、34
は上リング17に設けられたドレン抜き孔33に

ツド15のドレン抜き盲孔21に連通している。
