PURPOSE:To perform effectively the exact repairing of a flexible film dam hardly to be rebroken by a simple method in which the film dam is risen by charging it with air, portions to be repaired are checked from outside, and the repairing work is made from the inner wall side of the film dam. CONSTITUTION:In case where a rubber dam 1 is damaged X and repairing work is to be made, the risen dam is fallen by exhausting air from an air supply and discahrge port 12 to lower the water level L and also to cause presser metals 6a-6c on both ends 1A to expose.
