本発明の施皮装置は、機台1上に軸承配備した

意液体を噴射する噴霧手段5を配備している。前
記機台1の上面には、上端部に軸受を有す軸受架
11及びその前方対称位置にローラ12,12を
配備し、ドラム2の後部筒部23を軸受架11に
軸承し、前部をローラ12,12に支承して回転
自由となしている。回転ドラム2は、前面が開口
して有底円筒状をなすドラム本体21の前記開口
面を扉22にて密閉、軸受筒部23を機台1内部
に備えた正逆回転可能な回転駆動装置13に連繋
している。前記ドラム本体21及び扉22は、
夫々壁体を二重構造となして熱媒循環通路24,
24を形成し、蝶着部25の部分に可撓管26を
設けて連通させると共に、両通路24,24の流
入口27、流出口28間にポンプ33及び冷却器
又は加熱器24を接続して加熱手段35を構成
し、壁面全面から冷却又は加熱し、ドラム内を粉
体及び被膜原料液に応じ任意設定温度の恒温に保
つようになす。又、ドラム2適所には、粉体の投
入、取出口29を開設して開閉扉にて密閉し、ド
ラム内面には、ドラムの回転中心に対し施回した
一定高さ、長さのバツフル30及び掻上げバツフ
ル31を取付け、前記バツフル30の適所には基
端に切欠部32を設けて粉体の撹拌、乱流効果を
画つている。次いで、減圧手段4は、ドラム2の
回転筒部23内へシール材41を介して固定管4

ラム2内の空間に連通させ、基端を吸気ポンプ4
