Claims (1)
- 被処理物をトロリコンベヤに吊下げられたハン
ガによつて保持して表面処理室内を通過させなが
ら噴霧法または浸漬法により脱脂、被膜化成等の
表面処理をする表面処理装置において、前記ハン
ガとして断面コ字形の片持ハンガが用いられ、前
記トロリコンベヤおよび前記片持ハンガの上部水
平部分が前記表面処理室外上方に配置され、前記
片持ハンガの側部垂直部分が通る前記表面処理室
の天井開口部付近でプツシユプルタイプの揚圧と
排気を行なわせるため、押込フアンおよび前記開
口部に向かう吹出口を有し前記開口部の上方に配
置された揚圧ダクトと、吸出フアンおよび前記開
口部に面する吸込口を有し前記開口部の側方に配
置された排気ダクトとが設けられ、前記排気ダク
トの吸込口の下方の前記開口部にブラシシールが
対向配設されてハンガ通過時および不通過時とも
前記表面処理室内のスプレーミストおよび蒸気を
遮断するようになつており、さらに前記排気ダク
トに吸込まれたスプレーミストがそのダクトの底
面に凝固堆積するのを防ぐためにその排気ダクト
の底部に共液または水を流して洗浄する洗浄装置
が設けられていることを特徴とする表面処理装置
。
