Drip liquid accumulates at the bottom of containers (trays, etc.) used for storage, producing a bad odor, reducing the shelf life of foods, and deteriorating the appearance, so it must be removed. It is cumbersome to remove drip liquid by replacing the container.
Conventionally, non-woven fabric or other drip-absorbing sheets were placed between the preserved foods or at the bottom of the container, as this would increase storage costs.
A method of removing drip liquid by absorbing it into a nonwoven fabric or the like has been used. In addition, in supermarkets and other stores, small portions of moist foods are stored in small containers and sold; Non-woven fabrics and the like have been used to remove these substances because they can stick to them and stain clothing.

However, non-woven fabrics have a small absorption capacity for drip liquid, and therefore their effectiveness is also insufficient. Therefore, consideration has been given to using superabsorbent resins that have a large absorption capacity. This is a product in which granular super absorbent resin is packaged in a hydrophilic bag made of paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, etc.
), hydrophilic sheets containing super absorbent resin particles, super absorbent resin particles sandwiched between hydrophilic sheets, etc. are placed between preserved foods or at the bottom of containers to absorb drip liquid. This is the way to do it. However, although both methods have a high absorption capacity, resin particles fall off from bags, sheets, etc. and get mixed into food, making it difficult to separate and remove them, which poses food hygiene problems. Although this can be prevented to some extent by using a simple cloth with a large basis weight, the absorption rate and, in turn, the absorption capacity are reduced.

The diameter of the hole is preferably in the range of 0.11 to 81,000. If it is smaller than IPll, the liquid absorption capacity of the liquid absorbing sheet will be low, while if it is larger than 3 liters, the resin particles in the sheet will flow out when the sheet is used, causing problems with food hygiene.

The super absorbent resin used in the present invention has a high water capacity and is insoluble in water! It is a particle. Since the object to be applied is food, materials that are likely to spoil, for example, materials containing natural substances such as starch, cannot be used, and products made of pure metal are generally selected first.

Therefore, examples of resins that can be used include saponified vinyl acetate-acrylic acid ester copolymers, salts of cross-linked modified isobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymers, and polyhalic acid (salts) having a cross-linked structure. Salts of saponified vinyl acetate-acrylic acid ester copolymers or cross-linked modified isobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymers are preferably used because of their strong gel properties.

The high-grade aqueous resin preferably has a water absorption capacity of 20 times or more its own weight, more preferably 100 times or more. If the water absorption capacity is lower than this, the absorption capacity of the liquid absorption sheet will decrease. From the viewpoint of absorption capacity, the higher the water absorption capacity of the superabsorbent resin, the more desirable it is, but the gel strength must not be reduced as a result. Therefore, existing vinyl acetate-
In the case of a super absorbent resin made of a saponified acrylic acid ester copolymer, the water absorption capacity is preferably not more than 500 times its own weight, more preferably not more than 500 times its own weight.

In the present invention, the super absorbent resin contained in the bag includes:
Inorganic water absorbing agents, rice hulls, activated alumina, bamboo, birch, charcoal, silicon dioxide, etc. can be added. It is preferable that the additive does not cause a chemical reaction, is approved as a food additive, and is preferably white for aesthetic reasons.

In particular, the addition of an inorganic water-absorbing agent such as silica gel is preferable because it prevents the superabsorbent resin from clumping together during water absorption, which prevents the water absorption rate from decreasing due to so-called uncoiling. The preferred amount of silica gel to be added varies depending on the type and particle size of the superabsorbent resin, but it usually needs to be added in an amount of 0.1% by weight or more based on the superabsorbent resin. It is also useful to add activated carbon, natural zeolite, etc. for the purpose of deodorization.

When the condensed liquid was visually observed after being concentrated to 1/0, no resin particles were observed in the concentrated liquid when the liquid absorbent sheets of Examples 1 to 7 were used, but in Comparative Example 1, no resin particles were observed in the concentrated liquid. When using the liquid absorbent sheet, resin particles were observed.

That is, as shown in the examples, the liquid absorbing performance is equivalent to that of a conventional single-liquid sheet made of a bag made of non-laminated paper and containing a super absorbent resin. Moreover, unlike these liquid-absorbing sheets, almost no superabsorbent resin particles are observed to fall off, and therefore there are no food hygiene problems.
