Conventionally, coffin sheets, for example, have been made of paper or cloth, and liquids from a dead body, together with condensation water from dry ice, tend to stain the surrounding area, and the odor of the coffin sheets is also unpleasant. In particular, when stored for a long period of time, it became even more objectionable. Therefore, the present invention provides a bedding material that can absorb and retain water from objects placed on it, dew water from dry ice, etc., and maintain cleanliness.

For this reason, the present invention is a bedding material to be placed on the inner bottom of a coffin, and is a perforated plastic film in which countless micropores are formed on the surface of a super absorbent resin sheet through a water-permeable material such as pipe paper. The structure is made by joining. Note that a water-impermeable material such as a plastic film may be bonded to the back surface of the superabsorbent resin sheet. Further, the superabsorbent resin sheet may be made into a net shape or a cotton shape with many gaps. Furthermore, a deodorizer or aromatic agent is contained in either the water-permeable material such as the super absorbent resin sheet or pipe paper, or the water-impermeable material on the back side,
Alternatively, a deodorizing sheet may be interposed between the super absorbent resin sheet and the water-impermeable material on the back surface.

The water that has passed through the countless micropores of the perforated plastic film on the surface is diffused through a water-permeable material such as pulp paper and absorbed into the superabsorbent resin sheet. Note that leakage of absorbed water can be prevented by bonding a water-impermeable material to the back side of the superabsorbent resin sheet. Further, if a deodorizing agent or an aromatic agent is contained in either a water-permeable material such as a superabsorbent resin sheet or pulp paper, or a water-impermeable material on the back side, unpleasant odors can be removed.

The sheet S of this example shown in FIG. 1 is made by overlaying a perforated plastic film 3 with numerous micropores K on the surface of a cotton-like sheet 1 made of a super absorbent resin with a pulp paper 2 interposed therebetween. A non-porous plastic film 5 is layered and bonded to the back surface of the superabsorbent resin sheet 1 with a pulp paper 4 interposed therebetween, and the sheet is integrally quilted and sewn 6 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). As a result, the micropores K formed by the perforated plastic film 3 are exposed on the surface of the sheet S. The micropores K are formed by a large number of heat-conducting pores, with a diameter of 50 to 500 μm, a micropore interval of 0.7 mm, and about 60 to 100 or more per cm 2 . Further, a powdered deodorizing agent E is interposed and housed in the gaps between the super absorbent resin sheet 1 itself. Furthermore, in order to improve the adhesion between the perforated plastic film 3 and the pulp papers 2 and 4, it is necessary to bond the pulp papers 2 and 4 and the plastic film with an adhesive in advance, and then apply a heat conductive melt to the plastic film. A sheet with holes K formed therein may be layered and sewn onto the superabsorbent resin sheet 1. When the sheet S of this example configured in this way is installed and used, for example, on the inner bottom of a coffin, water and moisture such as body fluids and condensed water from dry ice will pass through the micropores K of the perforated plastic film 3 on the surface. , it is first absorbed into the pulp paper 2 and quickly and uniformly diffused. Next, the water absorbed by the pulp paper 2 is transmitted to the super absorbent resin sheet 1 by capillary action and is absorbed therein. The moisture retained in the superabsorbent resin sheet 1 and the resulting slime are absorbed through the pulp paper 2, and the micropores K have a small diameter proportional to the thickness of the film, and the pulp paper 2 is not exposed to the outside. Since contact with other objects is prevented, there is no backflow to the outside. Therefore, the perforated plastic film 3 on the surface is in a free flowing state. Furthermore, since the superabsorbent resin sheet 1 is formed into a cotton-like shape, its surface area is large and the water absorption effect is good. Furthermore, the unpleasant odor is removed by the deodorizing agent in the super absorbent resin sheet 1, and no foul odor is emitted outside the coffin. In addition, since it is sewn 6, the pulp paper 2 and the like will not peel off due to moisture etc. from the superabsorbent resin sheet 1 that has absorbed water, and the quilting process will further strengthen the bond. In addition, due to the quilting process, it has an aesthetic appearance and a good commercial value. Although this example is configured as described above, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the material of the perforated plastic film does not matter, and the number, size, and shape of the micropores are also not limited. Moreover, the structure of the super absorbent resin sheet is also suitable. Furthermore, when using deodorizers or fragrances, add their powders, granules, or liquids to any or all of the super absorbent resin sheet, the water-permeable material, or the water-impermeable material on the back side, or It may be impregnated. Note that deodorizing agents also include deodorizing agents. In addition, fungicides and the like may also be used. The one in FIG. 4 is an example in which the superabsorbent resin sheet 7 is impregnated with them. Also, the one in Figure 5 is
A water-permeable deodorizing sheet 9 is interposed on the surface of a super absorbent resin sheet 8, and the one shown in FIG. 6 has a deodorizing sheet 10 interposed and bonded to the back surface of a super absorbent resin sheet 11. Note that the type of water-permeable material is not limited to pulp paper either. In addition, the material of the water-impermeable material on the back side is also appropriate.
Plastic film is suitable. Further, the means for joining them is arbitrary, and in addition to sewing the whole, heat welding or heat sealing the periphery of the perforated plastic film on the front side and the plastic film on the back side to form a bag shape, The bag may contain a water permeable material and a super absorbent resin sheet. In addition, this bedding material may be used as a bedding material for coffins of pet animals, or may be used as a bedding material for seafood and vegetables that have a lot of dripping, or it may be placed on the side and used to absorb water. .

According to the present invention, water leached from the article is quickly and uniformly absorbed and retained by the superabsorbent resin sheet through the micropores on the surface and through the water-permeable material. Moreover, according to the second aspect of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the cost and to effectively prevent the retained moisture from leaking out. The product according to claim 3 easily contains a super absorbent resin and has an excellent water absorbing effect. According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the unpleasant odor is alleviated by using a deodorizing agent or the like. Furthermore, in the fifth aspect of the present invention, since a large number of deodorizing sheets can be interposed, the deodorizing effect is excellent.
