However, especially when seafood and meat are refrigerated, so-called drips are generated and accumulate at the bottom of the container, which significantly reduces the product value and taste.

Here, by using one of the trays of the present invention, etc., it absorbs so-called drips and keeps the second-class tray-wrapped food beautiful for a long time, significantly increasing its commercial value and preserving its taste for a long time. We found that it is possible to maintain

The polymeric water-absorbing agent used in the present invention is usually a powdery solid substance that absorbs a relatively large amount of water and gels when it comes into contact with water, and has a water-retaining ability. , acrylic acid, or methacrylic acid or their salts, amides, or esters, and hydrophilic polymers or copolymers such as ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, sulfonated styrene, vinyl alcohol, or carboxyalkyl cellulose, etc., using a crosslinking agent. Examples include those that are partially three-dimensionally crosslinked, or those that are obtained by graft polymerizing the hydrophilic polymerizable monomers, oligomers, or cooligomers described above onto polysaccharides such as starch and cellulose. These polymeric water-absorbing agents are brought into contact with the object to be treated through a water-permeable film, and the water-permeable film is, in principle, made of polymers that have a certain degree of water resistance and that have been gelled by absorbing water. Any hygienic film that allows only water to pass through and not the water absorbing agent may be used.

Specific examples thereof include various papers, cloth, and synthetic resin films such as cellophane, glassine paper, parchment paper, nonwoven fabric, and thermoplastic resin film having micropores. Incidentally, the water-permeable film does not need to be entirely water-permeable, and the agent may be mixed with a hydrophilic paste, and the mixture may be applied to one side of the water-permeable film and brought into contact with the object to be treated. In this case, the hydrophilic thickening agents include natural products such as carrageenan, alginate, agar, gum arabic, tracantoga 1\, pectin, starch, gelatin, casein, albumin, shellac, konjac mannan, and other chemically modified substances. Modified products and various other products such as polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylic acid are used. Furthermore, a sheet formed by mixing the above-mentioned polymeric absorbent with an adhesive paste and sandwiching it between water-permeable films may also be used. In this case, the surface that does not come into contact with the object to be treated does not necessarily have to be water-permeable, but may be a water-impermeable film, such as a thermoplastic resin film such as ordinary polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyvinyl chloride. It's fine.

The water-absorbing sheet formed in this way is a water-permeable film.
In some cases, the inner surface is coated with a hydrophilic paste to enhance its water-absorbing power, but the moisture is absorbed from the surface that comes into contact with the food, and this is absorbed by the internal polymeric water-absorbing agent, resulting in a second grade. The moisture content of the food decreases rapidly, the food does not change its color, taste, etc., and prevents the formation of drips, which has a very favorable effect on the material, and as a side effect, it improves the food's texture. It has the effect of tightening the knife and making the knife easier to handle.

Moreover, according to the present invention, the food material is placed on a tray lined with a dehydrating sheet and wrapped with a transparent film.
It only needs to be refrigerated, and the operation is extremely simple.
