- 導電性パターンと電気的に接続された半導体チ
ツプがパツケージに埋設されている半導体装置に
おいて、一方の電極が前記導電性パターンに他方
の電極が前記半導体チツプにそれぞれ電気的に接
続されたキヤパシタを備えていることを特徴とす
る半導体装置。
